The faucet itself works perfectly and has useful features like the high arc for tall pots and long spray hose for deep sinks. It also looks much more impressive than what one would expect from the the reasonable price point. Love it, I own two. One of them (which I have had for over a year with no mechanical problems what-so-ever) had an issue with some minor spotting on the finish a few weeks ago. I reached out to the manufacturer for support and they replied back in less the a day. After some quick trouble shooting, they ended up replacing the entire faucet. Love my faucet, love the way it looks in my home and the way it works. It makes clean up easy. I never liked doing dishes before but now its so easy. We purchased in June 2021. It was put in Oct 2021. The only issue we had was the light indicated went out early on. I would love to know how to replace it. Then after 1.5 years it started leaking water. Then we noticed the line that goes to nozzle was thinning and starting to bubble out. Finally, we spung a leak. It squirted all over my kitcken. The walls, ceiling and counters. I wrapped a rag around it then put tape around it but that is only keeping it somewhat together while hubby is out looking for a replacement I tried looking on their website for a replacement hose but couldnt find it. Maybe I just dont know where to look. I want to fix it. I personally dont want any other faucet. Truly I finally found one I love and that for the most part makes my life easier in the kitchen. If yall can lead me in the right direction I would very much appreciate it. If asked if I would buy it now knowing what issues it has, I would still purchase it. That to me says alot. Ive had the expensive faucets but they Dont Have the right look and don't perform like this one. I loved it when I found it, loved it when I received it, loved it when it was installed, loved it while working fantastic, loved it even when the lights went out and still love it while my husband is working on fixing it for me. After a few years of use, the pre-rinse want hose-to-sprayer washer worn out and was leaking (not available on it's own). Emailed the manufacturer via their Aimadi website. They were responsive and helpful and sent me a new flex hose (with washer) assembly at no charge! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Overall, though it's been a GREAT kitchen faucet especially for cleaning big pots and pans! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ... show more

Still getting used to it. Seams well built. Easy to install and works smoothly. Only thing I don’t like is the spring is a little strong and you can’t pull the sprayer very close to the bottom of the sink. So when you pull it down to spray anything you are about 6 inches above the top of the sink. You have to pull real hard to get it level with the top of the sink. So for smaller sinks this would be too big and bulky. Still it’s worth the money and happy I got it. ... show more

The light up part stopped working within 2 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced it. About a month later the new part also stopped working. Overtime, the black coating on the outside started rubbing off, the base, the water on off valve on the base and on the sprayer and on the on off switch for the normal sink part. Even after all of that, I still like the faucet it looked worn in for sure, but it worked. Until yesterday when the tubing in the sprayer got a hole in it. This happened when we were out of the house, someone had left the water on, but with both of the faucets closed so when the tubing ripped from the inside, water sprayed all over one side of my kitchen for hours. since we were out of the house, we had water in the kitchen, dining room, living room, playroom office bedroom and closet… 12 hours of cleaning, $500 worth of dehumidifiers, $200 in heavy duty fans. I’ll have to replace my floors in the kitchen and replace the drawers in my kitchen that had 3 inches of water in them. Hoping the cabinets and the rest of the floors dry out without having damage. I bought 4 different faucets, this being one of them. I did not keep this faucet because it's extremely tall, but it's incredibly beautiful and well made. My kitchen sink is attached to a bar height countertop that overlooks my dining room, and the height of this faucet was about 3 inches taller than I'd hoped. If my sink were up against a blank wall or even a wall with a window above it, I absolutely would have chosen this faucet. It's very substantial and, again, so well made. If you love the gooseneck commercial faucet look like I do, you should absolutely purchase this faucet and give it a shot. I think you will love it!! ... show more
