Love my faucet, love the way it looks in my home and the way it works. It makes clean up easy. I never liked doing dishes before but now its so easy. We purchased in June 2021. It was put in Oct 2021. The only issue we had was the light indicated went out early on. I would love to know how to replace it. Then after 1.5 years it started leaking water. Then we noticed the line that goes to nozzle was thinning and starting to bubble out. Finally, we spung a leak. It squirted all over my kitcken. The walls, ceiling and counters. I wrapped a rag around it then put tape around it but that is only keeping it somewhat together while hubby is out looking for a replacement I tried looking on their website for a replacement hose but couldnt find it. Maybe I just dont know where to look. I want to fix it. I personally dont want any other faucet. Truly I finally found one I love and that for the most part makes my life easier in the kitchen. If yall can lead me in the right direction I would very much appreciate it. If asked if I would buy it now knowing what issues it has, I would still purchase it. That to me says alot. Ive had the expensive faucets but they Dont Have the right look and don't perform like this one. I loved it when I found it, loved it when I received it, loved it when it was installed, loved it while working fantastic, loved it even when the lights went out and still love it while my husband is working on fixing it for me. We purchased this faucet over a year ago and it's still working great and looks great! The LED light stopped working a few weeks ago, so we wrote the company, Aimadi, and even though it was past the warranty they sent a new LED attachment free of charge!! Amazing customer support IMO.

I love the faucet. Something I wish I knew is where a tear down manual is so that I can clean out the led spout. It seems to be clogging up and the led stopped working about two years ago. If anyone knows how to take this apart so I can clean it I would appreciate it. I know the clogging is not the fault of the faucet, I am just bummed about the lack of a good manual. ... show more

This is a unsolicited review from a regular Amazon shopper & retired lady. LOVE ❤ this kitchen faucet!!!! Like the two different water accesses for different functions. DOES make rinsing dishes easier & faster!! Also like the color changing light! My handyman & I watched a UTUBE video on installation & followed the little installation paperwork included & had no trouble with the installation. It was a easy install. The price was very reasonable & much cheaper than any buildings supply store!! A faucet like this would cost 3 to 4 times as much at a Home Depot or Lowes store. I did a lot of looking & review reading before deciding on this faucet. It looks beautiful with my new quartzite counters & black sink!! The quality seems very nice also. I will update this review if any problems develop. I also will be recommending this faucet to my friends!! ... show more

Less than a couple of years later, it might as well be 10 years old. No value for money. Seller couldn't send failed temp indicator so sent whole new Faucet, good? OK, some changes so changed out temp sensor, then a month later flex hose failed. Slight design change so had to replace tower, etc. For $100+, I expect 5 years of like new and this doesn't cut it. Unfortunately it seems all faucets are just junk now so may have to hunt for some removed from old homes. Even commercial products are junk. Still 3 maybe 2 stars. Year later. Been looking for months how to contact mfg re: temperature light failing. Wrong color / temp, etc. Also valve sticking on sprayer and finish coming off. I still like functions, but seems like a lot of money for something that only lasted a few months. I had to order 5 sets of 40" hoses because each seller was fraudulently putting 24" hoses in pack or people were buying / using / returning 24" and sellers were reselling as new. Seller documents reference non existent Amazon location and amazon store gives no way to contact. Old: I was expecting more. After looking at sprayers with LED, I incorrectly assumed this had led on both. Only on faucet. I also thought if be ok with the low Sprayer. Definitely not OK. The spout is strong, the spray is soft which is not what I want for washing dishes. The real bummer is that the hoses are effectively much shorter than they appear. This is because they have to be connected up into the faucet at the valve level. This made the cold water hose too short for the 3rd hole so I had to Remove the dishwasher thing and put the faucet on the far right. it also seems like it leans toward the valve. I had to rotate the lever to the front to make it not lean as much. I can't look at the left because the cold line is stretched as it is. I'm going to need a lot of little plumbing parts to make this work. I an already looking at throwing out away and getting a taller one without led because that 2" above mounting level is weak. ... show more

Hired a plumber to install as we had to replace some bad copper under the sink so this added to the expense of installation, but the faucet itself.....really nice. Looks great, works great, and the quality is impressive for the price point. Plumber even complimented the quality and was surprised it was not more expensive. The water pressure from either the sprayer or the faucet is strong, even when using simultaneously. I like that you can leave the water 'on' and then use the sprayer / faucet to control 'off'. We've had it installed for just over a month and are very happy. Replaced a more expensive one that we had for 16 years but started leaking. We'll see how long this one lasts. Lasted only one year. The set screw on the pot filler part keeps coming loose. There is water squirting out of the handle when you go to spray things. Not great 😕
