Compre estos por la calificación que tienen en Amazon, para ser honesto estos mismos muebles los consigues en Amazon con otros vendedores, aún precio similar, llegaron en 3 cajas A B y C, la caja C es pequeña donde solo traen las fundas de los cojines, primero llegó una caja y al día siguiente las otras. Esto es un problema, parece que siempre pasa y el vendedor lo sabe, la molestia es que tienes que comunicarte con ellos para que te den razón de donde andan las demás cajas, es un punto desfavorable para el vendedor que sabiendo de esto debería estar más pendiente de los nuevos compradores que no sabemos como lo manejan, los muebles están muy bien se ven muy bonitos y robustos, pero no son de la mejor calidad, vuelvo y repito, para el Precio son lo mejor del mercado, El Ratan se ve muy bonito, a su vez es muy delicado ten cuidado al rozarlo con alguna superficie áspera se dañan con mucha facilidad, me llegaron algunos dañados, pero traen cintas de Ratan para que los puedas arreglar, los cojines de la espalda son malos, faltos de relleno que los hacen un poco incómodos, para armarlos no tiene mucha ciencia, al principio un poco tediosos pero como vas avanzando se hacen muy fácil, trae instrucciones que para ser sincero no me sirvieron de mucho, también trae las herramientas desechables, te recomiendo que uses tus propias herramientas, que estos muebles vienen con tornillos exagonales para armarlos, es un verdadero fastidio. Al final el producto no está malo, se ven muy bien y bonitos, creo que los recomendaría, le doy 4 estrellas Mas que todo por el vendedor, que sabiendo del detalle del envío, el está tranquilo. ... show more

I am very satisfied with this product. The Seller has been very professional. The shipper, FedEx, was the main problem with receiving all the packages. each 6 piece set comes in 3 Boxes, two very large ones that have all the frames, feet, backrests, cushions and hardware, the other a smaller box of all the cushion covers. Unfortunately, FedEx lost one of the large boxes, which delayed assembly, to also include damaging some one of the other boxes. That all being said, the seller took care of everything. I found a few pieces that had some damage (probably from shipping), and they sent replacements out to me quickly. I really enjoyed taking the time to find out the right setup as I was assembling these to get a great layout for the family around the pool or late night movies when the weather is nice. Going to be reaching out to the seller soon again to see about where I may be able to purchase a replacement seat cushion and cover. My boys seemed to have misplaced it when we were putting everything back together after the Hurricane passed. ... show more

First I have to give credit to the folks who packed the boxes. Well cushioned and complete. No missing parts. I recommend assembly on something like the kitchen table. Doing this will prevent a stiff back and crossed eyes.I did the fire table first and then with its cover on but not the glass walls, I assembled the furniture on it rather than the kitchen table." The kitchen table is for eating on not for assembling furniture". Who knew? The four boxes that have the furniture parts are rather heavy (50lbs) so you don't want to carry them arround much. I used a hand truck to move them. Each box has complete instructions so no mater which box you're doing, you'll have the picture. You're given (multiple) hex keys and small wrenches. To assemble everything using just those tools will take a lonnnnnng time. I used an battery powered screwdriver with the appropriate bit and that sped the process up. If you use your battery drill , make sure to set the clutch to a lower setting so you don't end up with silver shavings of bolts. After the first or second chair assembly you'll feel confident enough to enjoy some wine and press onward.I suggest you refrain. At least until you've done half of the chairs. I have received a completely satisfactory review from the kitchen table guard on my assembly. And she loves the finished product. ... show more

Aside from the beautiful furniture...the customer service from Delnavik is TOP NOTCH! When I received my order (which was delivered quite fast, btw) I stupidly cut two of the big cushions when opening them. Because of that, they didn't inflate properly. I then shot a message to customer service and within a week I had two new replacement cushions at no charge. Delnavik was prompt, courteous and extremely accommodating with my "silly mistake". If you're on the fence about purchasing this item...let me assure you to be like Nike and Just Do It. You won't regret it. Kudos, Delnavik! You have a customer for life! ... show more

I was very hesitant to order this, only because I like to see things in person. I shopped around for about a month and half before I decided this was the best deal. Everywhere I checked the prices were more expensive and you didn't get as many pieces. Amazon did scare me a little with the purchase, I received a message saying it was delivered (before it was due to arrive) when it wasn't and I immediately contacted the seller, and they got back to me right away and ensured my packages were on the way and they provided all the tracking information. They were professional and genuine. (FYI the packages don't come all at once, it came over several days don't let that alarm you) they were on time as promised and better than I expected. I am so happy with my purchase. They look great, sit great and everyone loves them.
