I was looking for a mixer that was a step above a hand-held. This looked nice and the price was reasonable. For what I will use it for, it will work BUT it does have some design flaws. The mixer adheres to the counter, no problem there. You must be sure to get the right beater in the right slot. They aren't interchangeable. To do that you have to tilt the whole stand to see what you are doing. When I get used to which goes where, that won't be such a problem. The bowl locks to the swivel base. That's good but I had problems getting the bowl out from under the beaters when I was done. There isn't much clearance and the mixer head does not fold back far enough nor does it disconnect from the stand. The beaters must be removed first and that can get messy. I made some sweet-potato pie filling and the batter splattered up all over the bottom of the mixer and on to the counter and sidewall. That was a mess. It really could use a splash-guard of some kind. I had to get Q=tips to clean the batter out of the screw holes under the mixer head. I think next time I will take a piece of plastic wrap and mold it to the bottom of the mixer head so it can be peeled off when I am done or try to devise something to cover the bowl in some way. It will work for what I want it to. It's just my hubby and I and I won't be using it that much. I just need to get used to how it works and recognize its limitations. With a few design changes, it could be a lot better though. (Safety tip: Make sure the mixer is unplugged before inserting or removing the beaters in any mixer.)

This mixer is great for a first or low use mixer and doesn’t take up a bunch of counter space. I did a test run before I returned it to see if I would rebuy the same one and I will - just in a different color! Based on the product pictures and box images, it looks like it would have been a muted, almost sage green. It is more like a key lime green and just did not go well in my kitchen. Other than that, lovely first mixer!

This is a nice mixer for those that don’t want to spend hundreds on a kitchen aid mixer. Bowl is pretty small so you couldn’t use for large batches. The instructions say not to run for more than a few minutes at a time, but I’ve made bread and kept it on for 8 min with no issue. Wish they gave you more space for taking the bowl out and more room to scrape the bowl without having to put the mixer head up. Overall, happy with the purchase, but it definitely won’t last as long as some of the more expensive brands.

I like a lot of things about this mixer. I'm a fan of Dash products and because I have a small kitchen, I thought this would be a good alternative to my hand mixer. Unfortunately, I got rid of the box before putting this mixer to good use, because I definitely would have returned it. Overall, I love the size, weight, price, suction cups keep it in place. My biggest complaint is that the lowest speed is nearly as fast as the highest speed on my current mixer, so mixes get warmed up, and then the bowl doesn't rotate properly even when you move the bowl off-center, so you can't just leave it to mix--you have to sit there and move the bowl, and scrape down the sides. So... It kind of works, but it also doesn't satisfy the ability to let the mixer mix while you do other things. My recommendation, spend a little more and get something better.

I love the design and the fact that I now have a standing mixer. However, I thought it was bigger than it is. Also, the bowl doesn't rotate by itself. Which isn't really a big deal, I just have to do it. Because of the tall, narrow bowl, it is difficult to put a rubber spatula in there to scrape the sides. But honestly, I have a standing mixer now so I am happy! I got what I paid for. I was looking for something affordable to me at the time and that is what I got. One more thing, the color reminds me of orange cream vs neon orange.

Despite its small size, it's the exact size needed for a small kitchen or single person on their own. I've put it through its paces making all sort of baked goods from bread and pizza dough to pancake and cupcake batter. The dough hooks and beaters do their job exactly as they should. Worse thing i can say is that I wish it came with more attachment options like the ones for kitchen (pasta maker , meat grinder, etc) but then I would've just gotten a much larger kitchen aid mixer

It's a great mixer but it seems like the speeds are really fast, really, really fast and very, very fast. It's not good for mixing dough because of the high speed but good for whisking together others ingredients like cream or cookie dough. Also, the bowl does not automatically turn but that is not a big issue for me.
