The purse itself was delivered and wonderful condition with the white silk coach bag cover to keep it in for safety… It is a nice size purse, where you can carry a few things inside it and you can wear it over the shoulder or cross body if you like. The only complaint I have is that I noticed on the coach website. It was a little bit cheaper than what I paid for on Amazon from a private seller and that bug me out just a little bit. And it is missing the little coach part that usually has a chain on it and then a little oblong piece of leather that says coach on either side that’s missing so I’m a little curious about that but it’s too late for me to take it back so I’m just gonna make the best of it ... show more

Looks just like the photos and true to color. It's well packaged with every surface appropriately covered to prevent scuffs or scratches and a high attention to detail. It's a very small handbag (basically the size of a thick clutch), so double check the dimensions and make sure it's going to fit what you plan on putting in there. I would say a phone, wallet, keys, and some make up is all it's realistically going to fit. The zippers were very smooth and high quality. It's what you would expect from a Coach bag. I was a little disappointed that it didn't come in a coach branded box, so if you plan to give it as a gift, you'll need to just use a regular gift bag. If you buy this in the Coach store, they wrap it really beautifully for you. It also didn't come with a dust bag to protect it while it's sitting in your closet. It's surprising to me that the most expensive products always come with the fewest amount of accessories. But overall, it's a really nice handbag. ... show more
