These tri-ply pots are pretty good, I've cooked rice in it, soup and made stew and they clean up nicely and the shine is still there. They have a pretty good weight and so far no burnt food. I would definitely recommend, in fact I bought a set for my daughter as well

A very nice pot, especially for the money. I seasoned mine when it arrived and it has sautéed without any drama and cleanup has been a breeze with a blue pad and hot water. The brushed finish is very nice and smooth to the touch. The bottom is true and sits flat against the cooking surface.

I needed to buy a new stock pot for use on my new induction stove. Most of the cookware that is listed as induction ready is extremely expensive so when I saw this I decided it was worth taking a chance. It appears to be solidly made and worked quite well for the first batch of soup--heated quickly and evenly, adjusted quickly when I went from boil to simmer and was easy to clean. I have only used it once but am quite pleased.
