I really like this. I'm more of a walker than a runner though so it doesn't really calculate steps. I attached my fitness watch to my ankle & yay! It really is ready for set up right out the box. Is kinda heavy as some have mentioned so I had to have my 16 year old Godson come over to bring it from lobby up 1 flight of steps which was easy cause we took it out of box & the wheels helped to just pull up steps. FYI: I am a 65 year old female & the next day, I did the minor assembling (which only consists of twisting in knobs) I was also able to maneuver it to corner of my bedroom. This will surely come in handy so that I now have an option and not just have to go for my walks before the sun comes out. The Pit Pat app takes some getting used to & I'm still trying to figure out getting the remote to do anything but overall I'm satisfied.

I received mine yesterday. It was very heavy at 100 lbs to get in the door and then into the room I had set aside for it! I had to unpack it outside and bring it in the front door and then to a handtruck to move it to the room. You need 2 people to be able to do this (my husband helped as much as he could with a bad leg!) It set up very quickly and I was very pleasantly surprised at it’s smooth performance and how quiet it is. I plan to leave it where it is mostly and not move it around unless I have to because of the weight of it. On the other hand, because it has some weight to it , I think it is good and sturdy. I haven’t tried it with the incline yet but that was a feature I definitely wanted. Great piece of equipment for the price!

I'm loving my treadmill! I'd had a walkpad, which wasn't much fun to use, so I decided to upgrade. This is a great value for the price. It's *very* sturdy, comfortable to walk on (I put the Amazon brand pad underneath it as well), and the remote is great. I don't use the incline (yet) or store it after use so I can't comment on those things, but for my purposes (walking almost daily to help my lung disease), it's great. It has a slim profile, takes up very little room, and surprisingly blends well into the room. The app, however, is absolutely awful. I tried using it when I got the machine, and it's just the worst. However, I've found that the remote tracks accurately (comparing minutes and mileage with my Fitbit), so that's all I need. If you're looking for a low-profile way to exercise at home, this should be your pick. After having used it for a few weeks, I can say that it's a reliable and robust little machine.

Good Morning. Just unwrapped the Deer Run. It appears that the unit is not new. The box was scotch taped very poorly. Multiple packages were opened. Two loose screws floating around the box. A rubber 'end pipe fitting' loose and broken. The blue plastic at one end, broken. The floor mat has a double streak across it (it appears that it has been glued together). Sending multiple pictures. I waited nine months to purchase the unit. Excited the day I got it. Can't express the level of disappointment after opening the box and finding all of the above mentioned defects and deceit. Please help. Thank-you.

Once you fight to get it out of the box for 20 minutes, setup is easy. I find that this treadmill meets my need to walk more but I couldn’t see running regularly on this equipment. It’s not that sturdy. The belt is already rubbing against the side after a few walking strides. There are annoyingly loud beeps that alerts you upon starting, stopping and changing speed and no way to adjust the volume. Its very basic controls do not let you know how fast you’re increasing/decreasing speed , how fast you’re going, distance or time. The compatible app gives you some info but it’s cumulative not daily. It’s just ok.
