    • EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Happy with Treadmill.
I was originally going to take 1 star off because of the condition of the box when we received this. Then I realized it was not the seller’s fault- it was Amazon’s shipping service. OMG- the box was pretty much demolished – and unfortunately, since I asked the driver to bring it into the basement for me, I never saw how bad the box looked til after he left (or I would have refused the shipment). How this went cross country without someone saying “ I think this should be returned- no way this should be delivered in this condition” but guess that is not to be expected. I did write to the seller – and let me tell you – THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I could have returned it- but did not want to go thru the aggravation, and after setting it up, was just missing 1 screw, which they replaced (sent out Fed Ex so we had it in 2 days). It does sound like Amazon has a special shipping service that will come to pick up large items like this if you do need to return it -- good to know. But again, I did not want to go thru that. NJ has been having beautiful weather, so I only started using it yesterday, and so far, all seems ok. I am not used to using a treadmill (prefer walking around town) – but figured with the cold weather approaching would not hurt to have one. I mainly bought it for walking but did run on it (less than 3mph) and am enjoying it. As someone mentioned, you do have to be careful about banging your hands into the sides – but not a major problem. Seller did mention this is not meant to go higher than 7mph- but no problem with me. I doubt I will ever go over 3 mph – but maybe this is not meant for people used to heavy – duty running on a treadmill. Instructions are not the best. We could not figure out how to pull up the arms – but then realized the screws had to be loosened on either side – then no problem. It was obvious we received a return so not sure what was put together by the previous owner and what wasn’t. AGAIN, I want to emphasize the seller would have accepted a return – but we did not want to go thru that. THE SELLER HAS FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very happy so far. Good price, small size which we needed. And easy set up. We are new to using a treadmill, and this one is perfect for us. ... show more

This treadmill is perfect for casual workouts and getting steps in throughout the day. It’s lightweight and easy to move around, making it super convenient if you need to store it away or switch rooms. I did experience an issue with the speed controls, but I reached out to customer service, and they were quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The media could not be loaded. Oiled and tested out the Superun treadmill vs the Lichico treadmill that I bought from TikTok. Amazon does sell it too but it was cheaper on TikTok ($150 with tax). Honestly Deerrun’s is not a bad treadmill for the price (paid $300 with tax). My main focus was speed, quietness, and usability. Incline was a plus. I ordered this and the lichico because 99% of reviews these days are sponsored and I wanted to test both for myself. I bought both with my own money, not sponsored, so hope this helps. Speed- Superun does go up to 10mph, the lichoco goes to 8.7mph. I plan on wearing a watch and testing out the true speed to make sure it’s accurate. Quietness- Deerun is a bit louder even at lower speeds. the belt makes a thumping sound with each rotation. Lichico is much smoother, doesn’t make a sound with each rotation. running on it feels easier and smoother. Usability- LOVE the quick speed functions on the Deerrun. No speed function on Lidico. The handle bars are not the best on Superun but if left at a slightly angled position and screwed tight, it does stay up. Lichico handle stays up pretty well. Superun’s Belt is 3 inches shorter than Lichico (44.5” vs 47.5”) so I do have to take shorter strides and be more careful when running versus the Lichico. I’m 5,10 for reference. Superun’s Incline is a nice feature, however, it’s manual and a 2 person job or a prop or “jack” or some sorts is needed. I honestly prefer it without the incline as the belt is too short to get the proper strides needed for an inclined jog. Lichico has no incline. I do wonder if I can use something to prop it up a bit for an incline. Lastly, Superun is quite heavy compared to the Lichico, I think it’s 90lbs vs 50lbs. However the Lichico seems more stable when I’m running. The Superun feels a bit unstable at high speeds, especially with the incline up. I think it’s the longer belt that gives stability to the Lichico while being lighter. Overall, it’s not a bad treadmill. But even with the incline, speed function, and 1.3mph higher speed, I do prefer the Lidico. Something about the light weight, simple, yet stable build makes me feel more comfortable on it, so I will be returning the Superun. Still a 7.5/10, but the Lidico is a solid 9/10. ... show more

Does not work properly used for less than a week. The buttons do not work to pause and if you try to stop it goes to max speed causing myself and my partner to get hurt and it also shocked me when trying to push the buttons. The seller wanted me to send a video of the issue as if I would go back on after getting hurt. Now we have to go through returning it. Which it is pretty heavy even for two people to move.
