    • Perfect for walking at my desk or after work.
I loved the quality of this treadmill first and foremost. Right put of the box it was packaged well. I plugged it in and recognized I needed to adjust the belt to center it. No big deal. It came with the tool needed. Once that was done I added a little of the lubricant (included) and attached the safety clip. The treadmill will display an error without this attached when the handlebar is in the upright position. It runs smoothly. It's amazingly quiet. Nobody in my meetings can hear it. It does have a loud beep when the power switch it turned on. When securing the handlebar, either in the upright or lowered position, the left lever is very stiff where the right one (by the cord) is very easy to secure. Just the opposite of most treadmills with collapsible handlebars I've reviewed. I love that there is a table holder for when the handbar is raised and a remote control, for when the handlebar is lowered. I haven't needed to adjust the belt since the first time. I haven't used it for running. I only walk. Bought this after total knee replacement. I work from home at a sedentary desk job. I thought if I could take advantage of some quiet time at work and walk during meetings or during video training sessions I would increase my activity level quite a bit. I keep the treadmill right behind my desk chair ready to be put under the desk when the opportunity arises. Sometimes it just doesn't because total focus is needed, and for those days, my treadmill is set up and ready for when I get off from work, and I can start walking right away and really get my legs stretched out. This has been great for my energy level. It has increased my stamina. My knee is getting the walking it requires having this treadmill handy and at the ready! Well worth the research I did for a week before deciding on this one with all 5 star reviews, even though there weren't very many reviews. I'll add my 5 stars. ... show more

I’m extremely happy with my treadmill. Customer service was fantastic. I had a small issue and they responded promptly to fix the problem. I would totally recommend this walking pad.     • Keeps me moving.
Pretty easy to put together, a bit heavy if on your own. Not too loud to walk while watching shows or scrolling on phone. If arm bracket is up, you are safe. That part is not easy to be put up and down. But overall, it's working out wonderfully.

The treadmill was packaged with extra ingenuity, protective packing pieces and care almost matching Apple products. It was a joy to just set the treadmill in place, lift and easily set the bar, plug it in and then go. The controls are easy and make logical sense. I haven't tried the remote as it's so easy to select my speed and any changes via the bar, but the remote control looks fine. I have a tenant below me in my house so I was concerned it might run too noisy. The operation is quiet. The belt revolves straight and flows around well without glitches and handles my big weight w/o any issue. I was concerned a smaller more lightweight treadmill might operate less well than a regular sized BIG unit but I can walk any speed I want, quietly and w/o issues. I am relieved and happy with the exercise I get without the unsightly huge type unit marring the smaller space I have for its placement. When unboxing the unit I mistakenly :( thought the power cord was missing, so I called DeerRun customer service, gave them my order number and they FedEx's the power cord to me immediately after a brief description of the issue! Then they followed up with two emails to be sure I received the cord and I was happy with the treadmill! WoW. Talk about World Class Customer Service from all levels of the company!! At first I loved this waking pad. After about 6 months of proper use and care it started to emit a burning plastic smell. The smell is so bad I can no longer use this product. I have emailed customer support several times in the past few months but no one has responded. UPDATE: Seller promised me a replacement machine via amazon messenger and has not responded for over two months. No machine was ever sent. Getting in touch with the seller is not possible when their phone number doesn't connect to anyone. They do not respond to emails. ... show more

    • Compact yet powerful treadmill allows exercise in small spaces
The media could not be loaded. After looking at regular-sized treadmills, I was worried that the small treadmill would not be powerful enough. I decided to take a risk and try the compact treadmill and have been very happy. You can use the treadmill for walking, jogging, or running, and yet it fits neatly in small spaces. It does make more noise (but not a ton) when you increase the speed level. The belt has not slipped in the short time I have had the machine. As a tall person (5’ 10”) I was also concerned that the walking pad would be too short and therefore be dangerous. I am able to use the treadmill comfortably! My only concern is that a plastic part where a safety clip attached to a rope has already broken off. This means I am unable to attach the safety clip to my clothing. I am a normal middle-aged woman in average health, and this treadmill is just what I needed to help me exercise. The treadmill does not take up too much space but is large enough to be comfortable and powerful enough even at higher speeds. All of this can be done while watching your iPad on the provided mount. When your workout is complete, the treadmill can roll under your couch and be out of sight. ... show more
