I would like to say this bike is a good pick for local commute and evening ride. The size is very comfortable for big and tall dude. I had purchased small convertible e-bike before and they are not comfortable while riding. On the other hand this bike is great for me because it allows me to extend my legs and the frame is very strong, so I felt very comfortable either riding using electricity or pedaling. On another good note, the bike has relatively high speed when you talk about bicycle. It’s fast but also dangerous when you ride in high speed therefore I recommend you to keep the speed limit on and do not go too fast. The battery life is very good however the tire might not be good on tough road. I would only recommend you to ride it on paved road or in the park, don’t use it as a mountain bike because the tires are certainly not built for high intense sports or mountain terrain. Overall, good bike that is easily assembled and use, recommend for daily short distance commute or casual riding. Definitely not the type for sports or mountain riding.

I got this ebike to commute to work 20 miles one way. I am surprised at how it holds up. I'm 230lbs and this thing has no problem moving. don't let the tire size fool you, its a pretty comfortable bike for a 5'11. the 20ah battery is able to take me about 38 miles on full throttle with several uphill climbs. I mostly use it for city riding, but this thing has no issues with uneven road. the tires are pretty thin, but I would recommend you to fill the tubes about 80% for the first month of use, to promote functionality. one thing I really liked about this bike is the design, which the color and frame are both very well made. for the price, I would have expected something a little more range, but its not too big if a deal. I sometimes carry the included charger with me and don't have an issue charging it. with that being said, after about 500 miles put on it since I got it, I noticed the battery doesn't have the same capacity as it did when I first got it. always make sure to unplug the bike once the battery is fully charged (green).

Email support takes 3 days minimum. Every time. The tech was not helpful, asking non-productive questi ns. The display and motor are not programmable. The display is metric (KM), both for speed and distance. The display has distracting lights that get more distracting the faster you go. The instructions are the sales flyer and a short assembly video. The seat is not adjustable, at 6 foot I have a hard time remaining seated and bringing both feet onto the pedals. I have to stand up to start off. The left pedal on my bike broke in the second week. The power or torque on this bike (1500 Watt motor) is only slightly better than my 750 Watt Vitalan ebike. The PAS does not work. The throttle has no cruise control. The battery is great. 20 Amp hours is wonderful for longer trips. The charger is wrong, it takes forever and doesn't fit the battery jack correctly The frame is beautifully constructed of steel. This bike is 15 lbs heavier than my Vitalan V3. The steering geometry is off, the bike at its top speed of 23 mph un-restricted is squirrely. I absolutely cannot take my hands off the handlebars. It looks pretty but is in fact a failure of an ebike. (My 5th).

This bike looks great & I wanted these 2 batteries for a long commute. Unfortunately, it was delivered with a broken right front break lever. It's hard wired into the throttle and brake wires, so I had to return this bike upon delivery. I will probably order a replacement as soon as I receive my refund for this damaged delivery. I can't comment on performance yet, but it looks like it is a great buy. The seller is helping me return the damaged item and will be reordering. It is heavy so you'll need help during delivery.

This is a fantastic bike backed by an equally fantastic seller. First of all, the bike looks amazing, and I have already received compliments on it. It has a solid feel to it and rides very nice, the acceleration is very good, and I went over 30 mph on my first ride. I did have an issue with a malfunctioning component and contacted the seller about it. He asked if I could take pictures or video the problem. I did as he instructed and immediately after submitting I heard back, and he went up and above to make things right. I have never had such a pleasant experience in dealing with customer service. I highly recommend this bike as it is awesome and so is the customer service that stands behind it.

The media could not be loaded. I couldn’t be happier with this electric bike! The 1500W motor (3500W peak) delivers serious power – I’ve hit 30MPH easily, and it handles hills, gravel, and off-road trails like a champ. One of my favorite features is the 20" fat tires, which grip extremely well. I’m planning to ride this bike through the winter instead of starting up my car for a short 5-minute commute. It’s built for year-round use, and these tires give me confidence even on slushy roads. Battery life is also impressive. I went with the 960Wh battery and regularly get over 80 miles per charge with pedal assist. It’s more than enough for my commuting, errands, and weekend rides. The dual suspension makes a huge difference on rough terrain, and the overall build quality feels premium. It's also UL 2849 certified, which adds peace of mind for battery safety. Yes, it’s a bit heavy—but that’s expected for an e-bike with this much power and range. Pros: Powerful motor with great torque Fat tires handle snow and off-road with ease Smooth, stable ride with great suspension UL 2849 safety certified Cons: On the heavier side (but worth it for performance) ✅ Bottom line: Whether you’re commuting or hitting trails, this e-bike is built to perform. I will get updates after I used in the snowing days. Hopefully I could ride it all winter long and skip warming up the car for short trips.
