This is the third DeBuyer pain I’ve purchased and it’s great. Seasoned well and I fixed Beijing Beef with it last night, perfect. I’d recommend these pans to anyone.

    • Usage and Cleaning

After seasoning the pan a few times, I did a vegetable stir fry test. Worked well and did not have any sticking issues. The pan is quite heavy and it makes it hard to use and clean. When you get the pan it's 12.5in size will seem huge, I guess that's just the way it goes. :-) As a side note, when cleaning this pan be sure NOT to leave it in water or rinsing the pan and not drying it. It will surface rust in just a few hours or less. Very picky pan surface when cleaning. Maybe after time when it builds up a great "black" seasoned surface it might not be as bad. ... show more
