It is easy to use and makes great soft serve ice cream. It doesn’t really make more than one serving at a time, but it really works well and doesn’t take up a lot of space in your freezer. Just make sure that you follow the directions and don’t add ingredients until it is fully assembled. Otherwise, it will start to freeze so quickly that you will have to start over. This is a fun item and works pretty well. Note that the portion size is small, you can only make 1 cupful, and then you have to freeze it again. So if you have 2 ice cream lovers, you may want to get 2., etc. The final product is soft, but you can put it in the freezer to harden it. Love it! Froze the cups for 2 days, added the ingredients, turned it on and waited for 20 minutes. Our first try was with yogurt, it was amazing!!. It will freeze much faster next time around as long as you clean it and put it back in the freezer pretty quickly. I'm buying 8 more, for the grandkids.

After freezing it for 24 hours, it’s easy to use with your favorite ice cream mix. In about 30 minutes, you’ll have soft serve ice cream. If you prefer it firmer, simply put it back in the freezer for a little longer. When I first used it, I didn’t realize that the mixer needs to be attached in a specific way. Make sure to line up the notches on the side for it to fit correctly. Once I figured that out, it worked great! It’s also pretty quiet, making it ideal for an office setting. Plus, it's compact enough to fit in small freezers or even in your work bag. Pros: Compact & Portable – Small enough to fit in your work bag and fits in small freezers. Quiet Operation – Doesn’t make a lot of noise, making it perfect for the office. Cute Design – Has a handle and a cup-like look, which is super cute and easy to use. I would highly recommend - with the understanding that you will only be able to make a half a pint of ice cream at most with this device. I have used it a couple of times at this point, and have enjoyed it. It does take a while to get to the point of actually making ice cream, you have to wait a minimum of 24 hours for the bowl, itself, to get to the right temperature (I would recommend going a little longer, though) but, after that, I've gotten ice cream within 15 minutes of pressing start! It is easy to use, pretty easy to clean once you figure out how to take it apart, it is a bit noisy - about the level of a blender. But, otherwise, I have so far made three different flavors of icecream successfully and am looking into more! ... show more
