Great product! I was skeptical of the “air fryer movement” but decided to get the Dash 3 quart air fryer when it was on sale. I can’t believe I was missing out on air frying literally everything for so long!! The Dash air fryer is super easy to use, heats up very fast, and most importantly is very easy to clean. We had to cut the cooking time on most recipes by 5+ minutes because this machine works so well! We now air fry all of our veggies with just a tiny bit of oil - they come out crunchy and delicious, and it’s so much easier than roasting them in our regular oven. Also very easy to make desserts in this (air fried churros and Oreos - yum!) The actual cooking basket is a little on the smaller side - 3 quarts is probably only enough for 1-2 people. But, had we gotten the 4 quart or higher, the overall machine size would have been way too large for us. This is a great size for people with limited storage space. This is taller than I excepted. You probably won’t be able to fit it on your counter if you have low cabinets overhead, actually the manual says not to use it under any cabinets. I love how easy this is to use! There are preset buttons for fries, chicken wings etc! So simple! Of course you can manually customize the temperature and duration. This also comes with several recipes! You can bake cinnamon rolls in it, whaaat?! Cleaning it is super easy, just remove the fryer tray then push the safety button cover forward and push the black release button. The first thing we did was air fry some frozen fries on the automatic setting. Some of the smaller pieces were crispy but other bigger pieces were cold so we put it in again with a couple of sprays of olive oil and the automatic setting on regular fries. Before this setting could finish some of the smaller ones had burned. Oops! It was interesting that frozen fries was set to 400 degrees and 20 minutes but the regular fries setting was the same temperature and duration. Maybe the fans go at a gentler speed..? ... show more

I am very happy with my new Air Fryer. Meals are quick and easy. No mess. Clean up is very easy. Spray and pre-heat the air fryer before using. Watched you tube for recipes and instructions on how to use the air fryer which made me more comfortable. I printed out the recipes from you tube and have a folder with recipes I have made. Would highly recommend this air fryer to anyone wishing to making healthy changes for the new year. Foods taste so delicious without added calories from frying on the stove. This particular air fryer is perfect for my husband and I. For a family of 4, I would suggest a bigger air fryer if you have the space in your kitchen. I like it for the ease of use mainly to heat up meals. I tried to make fries from raw potatoes and it didn’t work that well likely due to a wrong setting and temperature. Small capacity but fine for single meals and cleaning is easy. Hamburger came out fine and reduces grease. I’m going to try making fried chicken. ... show more

I love all my Dash products. But the air fryer is a game changer!!! I regret that I waited so long to buy one. Food cooks fast! Gets crispy! It’s easy to clean! I have no complaints. We follow a Weight Watchers diet plan. So we are always trying to cook foods that are still yummy, but healthier. Baking veggies or fries in the oven serve their purpose, but they are lackluster and never get crispy enough. I use the air fryer almost every day now. I don’t have to wait for the oven to heat up...in turn also heating up my house. And food cooks so much faster. I throw chicken sausage, shrimp, or Mahi mahi in for lunch. Diced potatoes crisp up while I’m making breakfast burritos to put them in. Crispy okra for a snack. Chimichangas turned out great. I’ve roasted peppers and onions in it. Truly...unlimited potential! The only downside, unlike a lot of Dash products, this is not a small appliance. I bought the 3 qt which has been perfect for 2 people. They sell a smaller size...but I’m not sure what you’d be able to fit in it. But that’s not a ding against Dash...air fryers just are bulky. ... show more

Edit: After only 30 days the clear glide over the basket release button broke off. I called Dash customer service since it has a 1 year warranty. Dash Customer service is a joke. Person I spoke to told me she would send email for me to send proof of purchase, serial number from bottom of air fryer and our mailing address which was never received. After our response was received they said they would decide if they would replace part or the unit. I called to customer service and they were closed during open hours listed in guide. I have now emailed and hoping to get a response. I will not buy another Dash Air Fryer. Newbie to Air Fryers. I love how easy it is to use and clean. I got the Dash pan/rack set made for this 3 qt size. It makes it easy to find a pan that will fit into the basket. I'm not a big fan of fried foods but I have found so many uses for this air fryer. I've made different dishes from desserts to bagels to chicken and sausage links. I'm very happy with this purchase! ... show more
