    • Just what I needed. Until one of the cam screen went black....
I was really excited when my dash cams arrived, but after about two weeks of use, I’ve started running into issues with one of them. The camera still records, but the screen no longer stays on—it just goes black, and I’m not sure why. Another frustration is the Wi‑Fi connection. When I get within range of my home network, the camera and app don’t automatically reconnect. I have to manually go into my Wi‑Fi settings every time, which is becoming pretty annoying. On the positive side, the video quality is great—clear footage, easy installation, and a very user‑friendly app. I also appreciate that the camera is small and doesn’t block my view while driving, which makes it feel much safer to use on the road. The storage SD card feature is a plus too, giving me peace of mind that my recordings are saved even if something happens on the road. However, even with those benefits, I’m disappointed that the screen on one of the cameras stopped working after just two weeks. It still records, but the display stays black, which isn’t what I paid for. A dash cam should function fully, including showing the live view on the screen, and it’s frustrating that this one doesn’t. I maybe returning one of the cameras. UPDATE…. come to find out the my husband set other camera on screensaver!!! that is why th screen was black..But I still have an issue with connection. ... show more

I purchased the dash camera on January 29, 2026. It has worked really well! The resolution and visibility is nice. I was in a car accident a while ago and it locked the video so it wouldn’t delete . My car was totaled the camera was perfectly fine only issue was when they removed my camera off the car they only took it off the mounting bracket. Im just having trouble using it in my new vehicle. I’ve tried using different tapes to hold it up in place during the mean time since I don’t have the bracket or clips but it falls off.😭 ... show more

Easy to install. Cables were perfect for a large suv. The setup was easy including the application for the phone. Dumb proof for sure. Fantastic device for someone whose already owned a lot of dash cameras.

    • A bit fragile but great customer service
Update : company reached out and they committed to sending me a replacement, and now I know to be very careful about the thin jack, so looking forward to have a working camera. It took me a while to install it and it's too late to return it. Two things : - I wired the rear camera, put some time in to get it setup nicely, jump into the car, grab the front camera to set it up, it slips from my hands and falls to the ground, jack connector breaks inside the camera. And that's that. No recovery possible. No rear camera. - THen I remembered that i can use wifi to watch, so I mounted the front camera in the back to check out my trailer. Well, when you are connected to wifi, so as long as you are monitoring your camera, you will have no internet service on your phone. IF you don't connect for a while, then you have to re-launch the camera otherwise the wifi is off. So unusable and I will be throwing it in the trash. ... show more

    • Great product for the price, very involved install
I drive all over Eastern US for work and lately, drivers are getting more and more aggressive. I decided I wanted to get a dashcam to give me more peace of mind should there ever be an incident. I went to Amazon, because... where else!? Great quality, easy to use. But BEWARE. I saw reviews saying it was easy to install.... I installed it alone and be prepared to spend over an hour depending on your vehicle size to get the wiring all tucked up into the seams of the vehicle. It's not HARD but rather annoying and time consuming. This product was on sale for a great price which heavily influenced my decision and I am happy with it! Haven't driven with it yet but I know I will feel much safer should anything happen while I'm on the road! Cable length to go to the back camera was very long. (I have an Audi SUV) and tucked as much as I could into the side paneling, but still have some hanging into the cargo area. I do wish that the front camera had a little horizontal flexibility. I mounted the dash cam right to the left of my rearview mirror and you get the full front view, I just wish I could tilt it ever so slightly more to the passenger side so it's an even view on both sides. ... show more
