A really neat toy that mows our grass at the same time. We are OLD, so having had no access to any Remote Controlled toys before this mower was not happening. We bought this to mow our hilly yard/farm. It works very well and we are impressed with how it climbs hills and mows too. I wish the Book of instructions had some better information as it seems to be a universal booklet, and the remote has many more buttons on it that does nothing. Don't know why but the don't do anything. I did contact customer support and was told to not use the buttons that I was asking about, because it may cause the remote to reset and it may be hard to make it mow again. That makes no sense, why send a remote that has so many buttons, but you really only need and use about 4? It cuts the grass well, it is a bit hard to get the hang of driving it, as the controls are very sensitive and you just need to get the hang of it, but it does mow grass, tall grass and it is a challenge to learn to run, but fun too at the same time.

I received mower very quickly. I ordered it on Friday morning and it was delivered on Tuesday in perfect shape. Remote paired quickly. It did include a charger for the drive batteries but it arrived with a 50% charge and they were charged to nearly 100% while mowing. It was as simple as oil,gas and pair remote and you are mowing. Very good and even cut. Steering with remote does have a learning curve however, you will get used to it very quickly. My ditches were dug deeper a couple of years ago and are a real pain to mow with a traditional mower but this one knocked it out in no time. Yes this mower takes a little more time than traditional mower but only added about 30 minutes and I'm sure part of that was me getting familiar with the remote operation. I have nothing bad to say at all. My suggestion is to buy one of these if you are considering it and if it is taken care of maintenance wise it is well built and should last a long time. Another benefit is mowing is fun again!!!

This mower works very well and is a lot of fun to drive. I’m taking one star away as it has had some mechanical issues I’ve needed to deal with but their customer support has been top notch and I’ve been able to rectify the problems. If there is one thing I’d like to see changed it is the remote. It’s basically a hobby airplane remote. It has many levers and buttons that don’t do anything but more importantly, it’s very fragile. It fell off a table and broke the lever to turn the mower off. I was able to rewire it to one of the “extra” switches, but I’d like to see a more robust control. As for actual performance of the mower, it can climb and mow hills you can barely stand on. I was actually very impressed with it. We have many acres so the cut width is a bit small for us but we’re happy enough with this unit that we’re considering buying their larger model. I’ve been able to cut through 1/2” poison oak and scotch broom. You need to go slow but it beats the hell out of doing it by hand.

I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the 1 star review that aren’t even verified purchaser specially them mentioning the remote being charged when you don’t even charge that because you’re using four AA battery. I used to use a rope to attach to one of my mowers to cut the grass on my slopes because my ride mower was too dangerous. This mower is also very durable with zero problem so far. I’m getting the best help from the company if I need help and they’re a phone call away.

I bought this mower to mow a steep hill side at our church. It does a great job mowing the hill but is a little slow. Also a little hard controlling the direction of the mower, it drift to either to the left or right while trying to go straight. The batteries went bad this past winter so I had to buy 2 new batteries.

The media could not be loaded. Works as expected. The steering is tricky until you get the hang of. I bought it to cut the hills as my lawn steps down 3 levels with some very steep slopes that are difficult to mow by hand and it handles them. The tracks will shred new grass or areas which are thin or have shallow roots so be carful. Would give it 5 stars if had a high gear to speed it up a little bit on flat surfaces. Not sure yet if I’ll use it for the entire yard or just the hills. But it’s definitely a game changer for the hills for me!
