These really liven up my backyard and I love that they are so long that I could wrap my patio awning as well as my entire back fence with one string. I’m very happy with them. My only two pain points (which aren’t major) is that, while they came nicely bundled as shown in the picture, I wish they came on some sort of wheel because like others have said they can get tangled easily during set up (imagine trying to wrap and maneuver around trees & bushes that are up against the fence to bott), but again, not major enough for me to be unhappy, just making a recommendation. I also really wish the company recommended some dimmer options because the ones I purchased don’t seem to work with these lights even though it says it works with most dimmers. I’ll keep trying to find the right one but wish I didn’t have to and the site just gave me an option to click to buy ones they know for a fact are compatible, like many products on this site does. ... show more

I was hesitant to buy a set of string lights for my patio without being able to see them in person first - but, we're very happy with the product thus far. Local alternatives were significantly more expensive, with no real justification - quality is the same as what you'd be able to find in your local big box stores. Pros: - 2 Extra bulbs - Bulbs are plastic, reducing the risk of breakage (We have small children/dog so this was critical for us) - this also made installation much less nerve wrecking! - Light weight (also important to us due to the methods we're using for installation) - Hooks built into each bulb if you want to use that method for installation - Color temperature and light output are true to advertisement/photos. I was very impressed with the quality of these lights. They are strong and the lights are not too bright and not too dim but perfect for my yard. I did buy a cable to hook them too for extra security to hold them to the house and barn where they’re connected just because of the wind but they don’t necessarily need it. It was just for my piece of mind and to be able to connect them where I wanted. Overall I’d absolutely recommend these to anyone who wanted to light up their yard! Very atmospheric! ... show more

These are great, not too bright, shatterproof, they look great. But beware taking them out of the box. They get tangled up very easily. Manufacturer could have used a larger box and wrapped the lights around cardboard or something so they aren't so tangled. I had the 100' long string. It took two people about 30 minutes to untangle them for first use. Then we wrapped around cardboard to make it easier to set them up the next time (it was for a stage prop). ... show more

Nice lights make my backyard light up nicely. I can not comment on the dimming feature as mine are not connected to a dimmer switch. One is not included. I simply hung them and plugged them into a regular outlet. Other than that, I am quite satisfied.

I wish these were a little brighter for what I am using them for, but most of these are set up for using on a patio or other social type setting where you don't want glaring bright lights. It is not as much a fault of the product as much as a misjudgement on my part for how bright I needed them to be. All that said, I used them and still use them.
