  • Highly Recommended Heavy Duty Rack.
Style: S2-300lbs
Just received the CyberRack S2 Ebike Rack today. It's a beast. This thing will easily support my 80 lb eBike. Very easy to put together with a few metric tools. To make the assembly easy, I started with the base inserted into the hitch receiver and built it up from there. The ramp really makes loading the eBike easy. I will put some reflective tape on it since it sticks out pretty far. I Keep in mind that it is heavy at 77 lbs. The rack does tilt down to allow for opening the tailgate but it is heavy with the bikes on it. Easy to fold up when the bikes are not attached. I will road test it for 200 miles in a couple days. Will update. ... show more

  • Great Rack
Style: S2-300lbs
Tried 3 different racks before finally landing on this one. First one was very stable, similar design to this, but was way too short to fit the wheels on it, sketchy. Second one fit the bike wheelbase, and tilted down, but was just way too wobbly and unstable for my liking. I looked at the "no frame contact" versions of these too, but they all seemed to move a little bit too much for my liking. Even though this one grabs the frame, it's rubber on the contact... I'm literally not worried about it at all. This one finally hit all the key points I needed in a bike rack- a few minor quirks, but overall nothing I'm too worried about. It's a great rack so far. Pros: - Long enough for my large E-bike (50" wheel base) - Locking hitch bolt - Rack folds down with bikes on it, to open hatch. This was a must for me if you're traveling. Don't want to remove bikes to get into the trunk. - Hitch bolt threads in, which keeps it more stable (does mean you need a wrench to take on/off, but small price) - Fold-up arm secures bike very well - Has a ramp - Overall very stable, bike barely moves during driving Cons: - Ramp doesn't mount anywhere... you just kinda have to toss it into your car or hope you don't forget it. Not a huge deal considering the quality of the rack itself. - Ramp also folds, which is weird, but guess that makes it easier to load into your trunk. The fold on it is a little weird to roll the bike onto, but it works. - Not really a con, but the hitch bolt needs to be threaded in. Pro, makes it more stable... Con, means you need a wrench to take it off. Again, small price to pay in my opinion. ... show more

  • Great Rack with improvements from the E2 model
Style: S2-300lbs
I had bought the E2 version, which is great if the total weight of the bikes is not over 200lbs. I just purchased the S2 version, which is considerably stronger. Same concept but with some improvements. First, folding the rack is a lot easier with this mechanism. Mostly, the rack comes with an extra plate that stabilizes the rack to the hitch. The only negative aspect is that the ramp does not attach to the rack and needs to be transported separately. Overall, a great rack. I highly recommend the quality. ... show more

  • Solid rack with one minor assembly frustration
Style: S2-300lbs
Giving this a good rating as it's a solid rack that handles two e-bikes on the back of my RV. As others have said, it's easier to assemble if you insert the base of the rack into the receiver hitch first, then build it from there. I can't imagine building it on the ground, then trying to lift it to insert it into the hitch receiver and attach the reinforcement bracket once it's mounted. One point of frustration was that the plastic shims that cushion the vertical posts kept popping out when I tried to insert the vertical posts even though the shims were glued to the mounting bracket...the gap was slightly too narrow to accommodate both the shims and the posts. I ended up carefully using a crowbar to ever-so-slightly widen the bracket gap and used a soft mallet to tap in the posts. The mounting ramp worked, but I had to be very careful, as the hooks on the ramp didn't align quite right with the plastic receiver gaps on the rack ends, resulting in the ramp twisting a bit as I pushed my bikes up the ramp. I was sure that everything was level and straight, but it still tended to twist a bit. Regardless, I was able to get the bikes mounted. I wasn't expecting so much plastic in its construction, but it seems that it should hold up. Heading cross-country at the end of the month so that'll be a true test. I like that it folds up to a slim profile when not in use. There is a YouTube video that I found when I was doing my research for various racks that was very helpful. Not sure if I can post a link here, but google Cravot Rack RV Youtube and that should get you to it. ... show more

  • Rust on Racks.
Style: S2-300lbs
It’s been just two months since we installed the racks, and surprised to we see rust already appear.

  • Heavy but was perfect for our new bike
Style: S2-300lbs
When my husband bought a new E bike, we were concerned about the wide tires, but didn’t pay attention to the wheelbase. Our current Bike Rack was too small. This one fits perfectly for his bike, although it is very heavy.
