If I could give 0 stars I would. I loved this vacuum at first, however, it did lose battery life fast which I put up with. The biggest reason I am giving it 0 stars is due to fact it stopped working last month. For the price I paid it is ridiculous it would not last more than 11 months. The vacuum is great in theory. The suction is fantastic, it looks great, and on low it works pretty good. The problem is after only having it for a couple months when you turn it on to the high setting, the battery runs out in about 4 to 5 minutes. I've never been more disappointed in a battery in my entire life. Now I'm stuck with a vacuum that I can only use for a few minutes and then have to charge again. Which takes about 5 or 6 hours, to vacuum for 4 or 5 minutes. Well I guess that's not fair, when it's on the low setting it lasts for about 15 minutes. Do not by this vacuum! ... show more

When I received this vacuum, I used it in 1 room. You know to see how it worked, and I'm so happy to have it. Light weight, not very loud, and the headlight makes it easy to see where the dirt and furballs are hiding. I swept the floor and then went back over with the vacuum and could not believe the dirt that was left over. I have hardwood floors and area rugs. I originally bought this vacuum to do quick touchups to my carpet but I immediately figured out the first time I tried it that it would not deep clean the carpet and could only get the surface dirt at the very best. I was going to return it but then I decided to try and vacuum my hardwood floors and found that this vacuum works perfectly. With the light on the vacuum, I can see dust that I didn’t know it was there and this vacuum picks it up perfectly so while I would not recommend this vacuum for carpets, I do recommend it for any kind of hard flooring. ... show more

Battery Life is horrible. Purchasing a new battery for it as we speak and I hope it works. It was turning on then cuts off after 5 secs as if it isn’t fully charged. I will say that it does the job though. I have two dogs that are short haired and shed and I use it to spot vacuum here and there. The attachments are pretty cool as well. I enjoy how the lighting is distributed for all attachment styles when using the vacuum. Really helps you see under or in between small places while cleaning. UPDATE: I got the replacement battery for the vacuum through Amazon today and tested it. It was definitely the battery. I was keeping it on the charger 24/7 (which now I know) may have attributed to the short lifespan of the original battery it came with. The exact replacement battery was like $30 unfortunately.
