I use sauce pans to boil milk or make tea with milk besides other use. Every 3 or so months I have to replace sauce pans due to burning while boiling milk or reheating liquids. This Cuisinart sauce pan is the best I ever had! It is sturdy with heavy bottom. It hold temperature for awhile as well.
