I love absolutely everything about this nonstick pan set. Cuisinart has always been an amazing company with holding up and delivering on the quality of their products. I noticed almost immediately the nonstick when I was cooking and had no issues with anything being stuck, burning quickly or getting messed up. I really love the nights where I don't feel like doing dishes that, the next morning, when I go to wash my pans, they give me NO issue cleaning off any old food. These cook evenly all the time and are safe to use in the oven. I love the additional handle on the biggest pan as it gives me the confidence and comfort to grab my food out the oven when it's done. I've been using this set of skillet pans for the past week, and they are incredibly well built. I attached a photo of the handle and everything is completely sealed off so there is not chance of water getting into areas that will make it smell or hard to clean. This makes it easy to use and clean. The pan surface is very scratch resistance even with a metal spatula. I like how the pan surface is black too which makes it look new even after many uses. The nonstick surface allows me to use less oil. I typically have to use more than a few tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking, but with about 1 tablespoon, I can cook multiple eggs without any sticking. ... show more

    • While being nice cooking pans, they are not truly non-stick as advertised.
It is advertised as non-stick but many things still stick unless you grease the pan first.

This Cuisinart FusionPlus skillet set feels thoughtfully designed for everyday cooking, it is heavy to hold, very durable and sturdy. The stainless steel construction is solid and well balanced, with an aluminum encapsulated base that heats evenly across the surface, the texture on the surface is not smooth, its embossed square pattern, its armour guard coating that is safe and durable againt the metal utensils... The ceramic nonstick interior performs well for frying and searing while still allowing good browning, good to it is free of PFAS. Its handles do not have any coating its all metal handles and they stay cool to touch also its easy to clean. This Cuisinart FusionPlus 6-piece skillet set is beautiful! These Cuisinart nonstick pans are amazing to cook with, you get the look of stainless steel on the outside but the convenience of non stick on the inside. The non stick surface has been super easy to clean and really durable in terms of scratch resistance. The stainless steel makes these pans look so premium. These pans are legit! By far some of the best pans I’ve ever owned. They look so high-quality, and are also super functional. I love the design all around. They are durable, cook so evenly with the heat distribution, and can nest inside of each other. While they are on the more expensive side, it’s totally worth it to get such high quality pans. Very nice set of three pans with glass lids. The pans are stainless steel with a cool looking FusionPlus nonstick coating on the inside. The coating has small raised stainless steel edging throughout the non stick design. This edging seems to help foods brown better on the non stick surface, but the foods still don’t stick. The weight of the pans is good, with a sturdy feel. The lids fit well. The handles stayed cool while I cooked on the stovetop burner.
