These are the best pans I've ever owned. Not only are they non-toxic but they are solid, heavy, well built, look great and worth every penny in my opinion. Yes, they are non-stick but I use olive oil no matter what and cleanup has been effortless. I also like that thus far (30 days in almost) they have not warped. This pan has been in my life for several months now and I must say this is the best fry pan I have ever owned. Sometimes I put just a little vegetabelel oil not olive oil because it is not a high temp oil. All my food is cooking very consistant and even.. If there is any scraps left on pan I let it cool then wipe out then wash. Never put water on hot pan to clean. I am very happy cooking with this pan. It is my go to pan ... show more

Great Frying Pan that do the job. The quality and the built is higher than my pans in the past and it easy to clean. The only downside in my case is that is less "nonstick" and need heavy oiling even when is used for fried egg
