This collection has everything you need to prepare most meals on a stove top! And lids! 2.5 qt. saucepan - perfect for making one of those sauce packets from the grocery store 3.5 qt. sauté pan - perfect size for pan frying chicken! The taller sides help prevent oil splatter and the helper handle is great for draining the used oil without worry of losing your grip on the pan. 6 qt. stockpot - Boiling enough pasta for Sunday Dinner is easy with this beauty! 8″ skillet - perfect size for 3 eggs over easy 10″ skillet - The Go-To for most stovetop tasks. Sauteing chicken, making hashbowns, frying bacon, simmering chai, frying 3 or 4 burgers, making a grilled cheese, browning a pound of ground sausage... lid organizer - nice addition but did not fit in our cabinet. Bamboo slotted spoon, bamboo slotted turner and bamboo solid spoon allow for easy removal of the delicious fond (browned bits of food that remain in pan after cooking) without worry of scratching the surface. Ceramic coating making non stick cooking a breeze! Eggs slid around and flipped effortlessly. Reheating meat was simple. Trying to burn cheese on purpose just to see how the pan would clean was a test. The cheese burned but did not stick at all. And it tasted great! Teal is a unique color and visually appealing for our decor. Inside grey ceramic coating makes heating sugar to 300°F to make candy an easy task! And it cleans up so easily!! This Cuisinart Culinary Collection 12 piece set is such great quality and such a beautiful teal color, that I don’t feel worthy of owning it. It’s that good! 95% of my pots and pans are Calphalon and Analon, which I love. I only had one ceramic cookware item and it is a GreenPan frying pan. It works so well that I was interested in a set of ceramic pots and pans and jumped on the opportunity to have this set as it is another brand I love, Cuisinart. I love them so much, they making cooking a joy. The sizes are great. I am happy to have another sauté pan, as that is my most used size pan. The design of the pots are so nice. They taper out at the bottom, and look expensive. Teal is my favorite color, and these are a beautiful shade. The quality is top notch. They are super nonstick! I tested them by making pancakes, an omelette, caramel sauce and cheese sauce and not one drop was left in the pan. I’ve made tomato sauce, stew and cod filet since then and again not a drop sticks. They are super easy to clean. I cook low and slow (like my grandmother taught me), except for some items like those boiled in water (like pasta), where temps need to be higher. Most foods I cook/sautè are at 50% heat or less and I’ve found most pots & pans stay in like new condition cooking this way. The included lid organizer and woooden utensils are a nice bonus. I got the blue set, and this is gorgeous. Very well made, durable, rugged, and nonstick. The handles are heat resistant so you can still touch them bare-handed, and I love the utensils that were included because they won't ruin the non-stick part of your pans!     • Terrific set and super nonstick
Nonstick pans lose their surface so slowly over time that you don't really grasp how terrible they've become until you use a new pan. Using this set made me realize both how bad my old set was and how much the technology has advanced. This set is amazing. The surfaces are so nonstick that a simple water rinse gets you 90%+ of the way through clean up - food, even burned or dried on food just doesn't really stick. The bright teal color is distinctive. There's definitely no mistaking what was and wasn't in this set. At the same time, it's a nice color that easily fits with our decor. The assortment of sizes is exactly what a typical household needs and is suitable for most cooking. I'm quite happy with this and would recommend it. ... show more

I wanted to compare these to my Caraway pans as these were meant to compete with that product line as far as colors, similar features etc. THese are half the cost but perform well. After a month of regular use a little discoloration on the aqua part on the outside but the nonstick interior has held up well. It is easy to clean and while this cookware has to be cared for to ensure it does not get too hot, this Cuisinart set has held up remarkably well.
