Ridiculous - both temp probes do not even closely work . One flashed at 925 degrees the other was at 270 should have been 40 . Will not connect with either wi fi or blue tooth even though it did not on the first start up . And lastly the low pellet alarm beeps even though the hopper is full and the grille is on . The neighbors love that . Worth every penny of $800 spent .. not ..No response from customer service ... show more

I upgraded to this from a smaller electric smoker. Having the automatic hopper allows me to do 12 to 18 hours of smoking with minimal maintenance. I've fit up to 60lbs of pork shoulder at a time. The temperature probes can be temperamental at time especially after a lot of use. Initially I did have to adjust the hopper sensor to get it to operate. Overall I'm pretty satisfied although I did get mine at Walmart for about $400 at the end of the season. ... show more

I really like the grill - it’s unique, it cooks pretty good and it’s a great eye catcher. But the faults it has makes it feel like an entry grill - you can’t control the smoke, the app is very basic, the probes often won’t work, the replacement parts are ridiculously priced, the pellet sensor has to be unplugged to be able to even stand using the grill and the temperature has reset itself a few times over the years and ruined my meats (like jerky). If those things could be fixed it would be amazing. I’ve really Enjoyed the grill when it works how it’s supposed to and when the pellet sensor (that constantly goes off) was unplugged. ... show more
