These are the only non-stick pots and pans to own. They are so slick and without PFAS, PFOS, PFOA, and petroleum. The ceramic makes all the difference. You can cook without oils or with. They cook so evenly and at lower temperatures than other non-stick pans I've had. These heat is very even and they are lightweight for having a solid bottom. My other pots and pans are stainless steel, but I needed a good non-stick set and have been putting it off. I wanted something without all of the chemicals and ceramic. I also needed a compact set since my stainless steel ones take up a lot of space. These fit the bill. They also are what my back needs. I've had a lower back injury and needed to use lighter pots and pans so I can cook more. There are only so many dump dinners I can take. These have been awesome for my back. I love that the handles are detachable, so they take up less space on my stove and in my cabinets. I also take these with me in the RV. This set comes with two glass lids, two silicone lids for food storage, and pads for stacking the pots and pans. This is a fantastic set for home and the RV. They clean up so well. First off, the quality of this set is top tier. The non stick is very good, things release easily and it makes cleaning quite easy. The base is heavy enough that things heat evenly but not so heavy that it makes each pot or pan crazy heavy. The handles secure very easy and offer a very good grip. I thought this could be a weak point but I’ve had no problems with them gripping well. What makes the whole set stand out for me is how well they store in a small space. They include felt liners that go in between each pot or pan as you stack them inside one another to prevent scratching of the non stick surface. They’re also oven safe but be sure to read the instructions as oven temp is different if you have a lid on. Also, the color is great and matches my kitchen though looking at my pictures, the grey does look a slight bit darker in person than my pictures show, so just take that into consideration. ... show more
