The bottom of the pan is good and thick. I only bought this pan to make chai, and it’s awesome for that, I can boil the milk till they become half and still the pan is very good with heat.

The media could not be loaded. I had a previous stainless steel pot that got damaged. It was 1.0 quarts. I decided to get a size bigger. I had to recycle the previous pot but I kept the glass lid. I like this pot because it’s oven safe. Also, the company provides a lot of information on how to use and care for the pot. BONUS: The pot has a lifetime guarantee.
