True to the listing, the install on this fan was under 15 minutes. Definitely one of the easiest installs that I've done. The fan is fairly powerful for being so small. The 6 speed settings are nice, although 3 would have been good enough. The downside is that, despite the power of the fan, it can really only be felt when you are directly under it. If you are further away, you can get a sense that it's on but can't feel it much. So far the most annoying thing with this item is the beeping. By default, when you change settings, the fan will beep. Thankfully there is a button on the remote to mute this however it will not remember this when you turn it off at the wall switch. Once you turn it back on, it will beep and you'll have to mute it again. I would like a way to turn off the beep permanently as it's an unnecessary feature that only annoys. I do appreciate that turning it on at the light switch seems to always start with the light on, even if you had turn everything off with the remote previously. The light has a dimmer and 3 different color temperature to choose from. For the listed price, this seems to be a pretty decent value for what you get. I think this had been used before. VERY disappointed. I had to create something to make the motor stay in place because it was loose inside. I had to make it work because I already removed the light that I had in the room and my wife already didn’t want a fan so I couldn’t take the time to return it or I would have. ... show more
