We love this thing!! Saved enough money in bagged ice to pay for the unit in less than 6 weeks. The cubes are perfecto! Light, airy, crunchy. Produces a good amount if you run it daily; enough to keep a bucket in the freezer for later. The only negative is that it is loud. I love white noise and can usually melt into it. But even back in my bedroom I can hear the motor. It’s up to you on how much you can tune it out.

This makes crushed ice fast, but that's it. It is SUPER noisy! And it's always running. I thought I'd spend a little more money and get a good ice maker. This isn't worth it!

This machine is very easy to use. The build quality is what you would expect. Considering the size of this device it does have a smaller reservoir for water so once the small basket is full you must empty it out to keep getting new ice otherwise the ice will melt and recycle into new ice. Otherwise, the machine makes ice rather quickly. This was the best price I could find for a nugget ice maker and I am loving it. Worth every penny.

Ice cubes are perfect. Machine produces ice quickly even though tray doesn’t hold much. Have to add water frequently as the reservoir is small. When running it’s pretty noisy so i bag ice and keep unplugged most of the time. Still good but for the price.

Straight up HONEST review. This ice machine is aesthetically pleasing. Well made and heavy. No complaints there. Makes good, soft, chewable ice. No complaints there. You can hear it running, but NOT noisy as other's complain about. Where's my complaint? If you want ice, better start in the morning and bag it...IT TAKES FOREVER TO MAKE!!! 20 minutes or more for a very small amount. It produces extra slow. I do understand this is not a professional size machine and will not produce as such. Some machines report a wait time of only 6 and 7 minutes! Not sure if that's start time or finished time, but 20 minutes for a cup or two is just not good enough for me. Going to take all day if you need any amount of ice at all. If it's just you, and you want a refill, going to be another 20 minutes for a second glass refill. Bag it, bag it, bag it! Unfortunately, though the price point is incredibly appealing, production rate certainly is not!
