The 3 quart is the perfect size for my husband and I and also to bake my bread! I was worried it would be too small, but it is not. In fact, I love the size because it’s easy to stow away not that you have to because it does look pretty on the stove top. I wanted the red but it was not available so I did get the pistachio color which is a nice tone. I’ve had no problems with cleaning, it’s very easy and there’s been no problems with chipping, the enamel is perfect and I love this little pot. ... show more

I was a bit frustrated with how long it took to get the pot. The ship date kept changing so I finally decided to cancel the order and see what else was available. Wasn't able to cancel the order and was told it had shipped. The status still showed it hadn't shipped so I tried cancelling it again. Low and behold, it showed up 3 days later. The pot was surprisingly heavy. I made a pot roast the night I got it, there are a lot of cleaning instructions which were a bit intimidating. I made spaghetti the second night... I have a small Dutch oven made by a French company that has been my staple for 20 years. So buy a larger one would’ve cost me over $500. And today’s economy that wasn’t going to work. I read the reviews and the statistics of this crockpot Dutch oven, and thought I would give it a shot. I bought it for my husband‘s stew and chili recipes. I have to tell you I am very impressed.
