I'll start by saying that with the first delivery, the telescope holding the hanger was damaged when I tried to put it together. I was frustrated that I had to send it back and almost didn't reorder. I am so glad I did. I have owned many clothes steamers in the past and all have had their issues. This one is, by far, the best. What I like most is that a button has to be engaged for the steam to be released (though there is an adjustment where you can have continuous steam without holding the button). The other steamers I have owned start to steam when it hits its heat level, making my walls and windows wet with steam. This steamer doesn't do that. It will only start to steam once I activate the button. As well, I can use the steamer at the bottom of a long garment and it will continue to release stem. My other steamers would either stop steaming or spatter if the steam handle was held to low. So far, I haven't had any issues of spatter at any level with this steamer. It is small, compact and easy to store. The only thing I wish was different is that it would have some clamps to hold pants or smaller items that don't fit on the hanger. However, overall, I am happy with this product and glad I purchased it.

LOVE IT!! Very lightweight, easy to use and easy to store away. I used it to iron 14 pieces of clothes the first time and it worked great! It says to use regular water but I used distilled water. I highly recommend it if you're shopping for a steamer.

Read the manual first. Use distilled water so it doesn’t calcify as quickly. Clean it every 2 months at minimum. I really like how fast this heats and how efficient it is. Zero water spots on the clothes. Unlike steamers I’ve used in the past. This definitely works as advertised, if you read the manual first. It works if you work it. Enjoy

Easy to steam lots of clothing in quick turnaround time

I loved this steamer and used it weekly. It was super convenient to keep in my laundry room and use it instead of dragging out the iron. But all of a sudden it stopped heating up. I’ve done everything except take the head apart. It’s leaking water out of the holes (which it never did when it was working) so I’m assuming that means the heating element is broken. I’ve tried to send them an email, but I got it sent back saying it wasn’t a valid email. There is no number to call for customer service so I’m not sure where to go from here. Supposed to be a 2 yr warranty and I kept my book, but there’s nothing helpful in it. Edit to add: I wound up calling Amazon customer service and they gave me half my money back since it was over the 30 day return period. I was glad to have something for it since I almost trashed it.

It works good, but after three months of usage, had to replace the pump because it went damaged and had no steam.

I have had this steamer 3 months and probably used it 5 times. Filled the tank with water and when I picked up the handle to the tank to place in steamer, the handle came loose, the tank fell to the floor and cracked my tank and missed up the seal in the tank. I have emailed the company to see if I could buy a replacement tank. I heard from their customer service within a couple days. They mailed me a new tank within a few days at their expense. I love my steamer and the customer service this company provided me.
