I like how lightweight this is and how quiet it runs. Assembly was straightforward. There are a couple things that are keeping me from rating it higher: 1) The pressure hose and 2) The soap dispensing design. 1) The pressure hose too easily tangles up on itself. You have to twist it several times to get it to coil up properly on the unit, but then when you want to actually use it, you have to uncoil it several times again in to prevent it from kinking. Then you must reverse that process all over again when you are finished and want to put it away. There has to be a better hose available to use, and I will be looking to find one soon. 2) The soap is supposed to only work when the soap nozzle is being used. There is supposed to be 'negative pressure' created when the low pressure soap nozzle is in use, but that doesn't seem to work as well in the real world vs the intended design. Imagine my frustration when I attach the soap nozzle, but cannot get any soap to dispense. Over half the time the soap won't work unless I back down halfway on the water flow from the garden hose at the intake. There should be a simple shutoff switch to allow for soap to be dispensed at any time I want it, regardless of what nozzle I am using or pressure I need. I do not know why that isn't part of the design as it seems like that would be a fairly standard thing. ... show more

I first used this pressure washer to wash my car wheels... I use the wider angle and don't stand to close, wow the brake dust really came off. I then put some chemicals on the wheels and I did lightly agitate the soap/chemials with some wheels scrubbers... It seemed I needed to agitate the soap to get that light layer of dirt off... But it made the wheel job much easier. I also used a suds lab foam canon to put the soap on the car, i hand washed the soap off with the two bucket method.. I was not ready to try on the paint yet. I liked - wheels look great I then used the pressure washer to wash my two car garage floor,. I have a gas pressure washer but you are not supposed to use in the garage due to fumes... I also used a ryobi 3100 surface cleaner with wheels along with some pressure washer soap. A Surface cleaner is necessary for washing garage floor to avoid splash, It worked great, It took me about 4 hours, but I soaped it up twice and took my time, The floor had not had not been washed for 16 years and we do a lot of yard work etc so floor was dirty... I would buy this again, along with my foam gun and surface cleaner add ons. Its easy to assemble and pretty easy to clean up after use ... show more

Size, price, pressure rating were all good for what I wanted. I also wanted a pressure washer that distributed soap. Alas, not to be without having to empty the soap container or running the washer until the soap ran out. No way to control the flow of soap. Talked with the customer service rep and was told that the best way to manage the soap is to drain the container once I wanted to rinse. this meant taking the container out of the machine or disconnecting the tube from the container. Would not recommend for anyone wanting to use the machine that dispenses soap. ... show more

We got this yesterday so I can’t speak to its longevity. However, last week, we used our old one. It worked ok, but took a long time. And then it broke before we could finish. My husband couldn’t wait to get started. He was able to finish our small deck, our paved yard and also all concrete areas. Never would have been able to complete it in one day using the older one. We have a gas powered professional washer that is cumbersome to get out when we want to wash the car so we thought we would try this with the foam cannon. It is much easier to set up and get around. The hook ups fit our other washer so we did not have to get anything extra. It works well. Just hook it to the hose and plug it in.
