The ability to get three was key but the stools are better than expected and an amazing value. They are comfortable to sit in and move easily. The fabric is a great quality and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Looks and comfort; I love them!! My only complaint (only reason for 4 stars and not 5) is that they are a full 360 turn and do not have the spring to bounce them back into place. I didn’t think that it would be an issue. But, without it, the base/feet end up any old place. Which is esthetically not pleasing, but even worse an awful toe catcher! The seat looks in place so it’s easy to walk by and not realize that the base/legs/feet are off-position and thereby catching your unexpecting toe or foot! Otherwise, they’re beautiful and excellent quality!

We got set of 4 stools. They arrived in two boxes. Each box had a pair of stools packaged in it. The boxes were heavy. All parts were labeled and packaged very well. Instructions and tools to put together were included. There were not many parts or steps to complete the assembly. However each chair took about 20 minutes on average for 1 person assembly. After the first one, the remaining were easy to assemble. Follow the instructions and make sure to choose correct numbered legs that face each other diagonally and also correct horizontal support bars that go in the lower slots and the ones that have to go in higher slots. Each slot in all parts were aligned very well and didn’t have to fiddle at any step. We had very little overhang on our counter and needed stools that don’t stick out too much. Found these that looked like they won’t stick out too much but we were worried that it’s not enough seat to sit on as they were not looking too deep. We were so wrong. These seats are not only comfortable but also give enough support for the back along with more than enough base to sit on. They swivel too. The swivel is so smooth. Also the horizontal bar on the legs for foot rest has extra plastic that is nailed on it is very smooth. It’s a nice touch to the chair and comfortable to the feet. The fabric is true color to photo. Very well made. Nail heads design give it a very nice look. We had couple spills and it was easy to clean. There is no pocket between back cushion and seat. So there’s no way for food to get stuck. The join is east to clean as it’s visible. Quick vacuum will get out the dried food. So far it’s been serving us well. It has been couple months and no Piling of fabric yet with daily use. Additionally the swivel is very smooth. Infact it’s too smooth even when we sit on it. Am super happy with how they look and how comfortable they are.

The chairs are good quality except one of the leg has a long dark brown stain on the outside leg that I can’t not remove. I can’t get anyone to contact me to find out how to fix this issue plus we already paid a Handiman to put them together. Unfortunately every time I look at the chairs that is all I see is the big long brown streak down the leg.

While the pictures show a very streamlined look, I find them to be extremely wide and bulky. The mat.erial is lumpy in both chairs. It seems that it needed to be tighter to ensure a smooth look.
