Got this for my 5 gallon jug I take camping it for other activities. Being rechargeable and including a charging cable is great. Very convenient button to dispense 600 ml if you'd like to use it for washing hands. Kids love it, way nicer than having to tip the container to pour out water. It is made for the large water jugs that are for water coolers, so it is loose on a blue water jug I have for camping. I used the included shipping material to make it more snug on the container, and it still works great. It would be nice if there was included with some sort of adapter to make it stay better on a tilted or smaller openings. Getting another as a gift for my camping buddies! ... show more

After a short period of time living in San Angelo, I realized that drinking water out of the faucet was not going to cut it. During my first year of college living in a dorm, my roommate and I only had minimal space for items and settled for purchasing gallons of water to fill our water bottles with. Once we moved into an apartment that was much more spacious, we decided to begin acquiring the five-gallon waters from Walmart, although we were not sure how we were going to retrieve the water yet. I had never heard of this product before, but when I was hanging out with my friend in Florida, I noticed a sink looking item on top of their gallon of water. I asked about the product, and they had plenty of respectable things to say about it. They have had the dispenser for just over two years, and it still was in great condition. I was interested but concerned about the price. After finding out it was only $14.99, I became very invested. We discovered that the most effective and affordable way to retrieve the water from the gallon was through the Cozy BlueWater Dispenser from amazon. The packaging arrived in a traditional amazon box, but its own personal box inside that included a charging cord, a long straw to attach to the device, and the device itself. The straw was slightly bent once taken out of the box, but there were no slits in the straw, and it worked perfectly. The battery life is extremely high quality. I have charged it once since I have received it in July, and it lasted me over a month before charging it again in late August. The merchandise does not come charged; you need to charge it before using it when it first comes in. The setup of the device is very simple. You connect the straw to the device, and then insert the straw into the opening of the gallon jug and push down the lid as far as possible. There is no twist or click to know when the water dispenser is on, it simply just needs to be pushed down as far as possible and it is secure. This product made retrieving water much simpler and faster. I place my cup underneath the dispenser and click the button at the top to fill up the cup to where I need, and then hit the button to stop the water flow. A nice addition to this product is that it does not take a couple seconds for the water to stop flowing out of the device. It is an instant stop and start which precludes water overflowing from the cup. I would give this product a 5-star rating. I would recommend it to others, and it has benefitted me greatly for an excellent price. ... show more

I really loved this water pump for my camping trips. Simple: stick the tube in your gallon or 5 gallon water jug, then just push the button once to turn it on. Wonderful to rinse hands or rinse dishes or get a glass of water while camping without having to tip the water jug over, like I used to do. Alas, this month it just didn't work. I tried charging with different cables and even different outlets. It wasn't abused, nor left in the rain at camp and I dry stored it off season...Sigh, I think this water pump's lifespan is two years. It was a good two years though. ... show more

I love this water dispenser. I used to have the kind that you pump and it was very inconsistent and pain in the butt to use when filling on my water bottle. This is a very steady skinny stream so it shoots right into my water bottle and I love that it turns off after you fill up a certain amount of water. It’s super easy to use the battery last a long time and it looks super cute. it also make sure that it gets every last drop of water in the jug because the tube goes all the way to the bottom. We had no water in an area of the office causing teams mates to run far away to fill the coffee maker . This water pump saved the day. Even for the doubtful dinosaurs in the office who thought this was crazy concept now fill their water bottles and make coffee all day. They Love the water pump and have praised my efforts.. So we love this product. It’s simple fits any refill gallon, easy charge. Bought it in May 2023. The battery stop charing in January 2024. It would no longer work no matter if it was charged or not…it kind of just gave up. Have to purchase a new one, I guess…because when it was working we really liked it. ... show more
