Does exactly what it is supposed to! The cold water is cold, the hot is HOT. It makes a bit of a noise less than the fridge &. only here and there not constant. When first opening there are little blue clips on a few tubes and such that you have to clip off that are not in the instructions but easy enough to figure out. Also you definitely do need to dump the first few cups out as instructions say because it does at first taste a bit off maybe (a little chemically) but it does go away quickly (with following the instructions) but it did seem maybe a little more than the 4 or so cups the instructions say per button; I would instead run a fair amount out of each maybe closer to 6. I've had it a month or so now and no complaints! It looks nice, works nice and love having the bottom loader compared to our previous top one! ... show more

this water dispenser has been fantastic. I use it constantly day after day. So much that im afraid its gonna bust soon out of sheer overuse. Hot water is perfectly hot, cold is perfectly cold. size is great. very easy to install and use. I did have an issue with a stuck button upon arrival but it was corrected. After using a few different water coolers over the years, I decided to try out the Brio self-bottling water dispenser. I've been using it for a couple months now and wanted to share my list of pros and cons. Pros: - Sleek, modern design that looks great in my kitchen - Convenient bottle loading from the bottom so no heavy lifting above the waist - Option to turn off the hot water spout for safety around kids - Provides chilled, cold, and room temperature water options - Easy to use controls and indicator lights - Seems well constructed and durable Cons: - Pump is pretty loud, especially when dispensing water or running periodically throughout the day - Not enough clearance below spout for taller cups and bottles - Back of unit gets very warm, requires good ventilation - Water stream hard to see at first when dispensing - No nightlight or ambient lighting feature - Confusing indicator light positions (cold is below hot water icon) - Cold water could be colder, no temperature adjustment Overall, I'm satisfied with the Brio dispenser. It's affordable, easy to use, and provides hot, cold, and room temperature water conveniently. The modern style looks great in my kitchen. However, the loud pump, limited cup clearance, and lack of a few handy features like a nightlight mean it doesn't fully replace my old dispenser. With a few tweaks, namely the noise and confusing lights, Brio could have a real winner. For the price though, I would recommend the Brio dispenser if you want an attractive and serviceable option. I liked the Brio bottom loading dispenser a lot. I thought it was easy to install & get working. It has a good stream coming from the tap, sending out some chilled water quickly for drinking. The delivery was easy & its not too heavy for those who might have difficulty lifting. I feel like it was reasonably priced & will get the use out of the investment. Also comes with a warranty. My old cooler gave it up after 15 years. This one looked nice and the reviews are great! Love the bottom loading. The hot water is very hot! Good for everything that needs hot water. The cold water is nice and cold. The unit is very quiet. The cooler and heater barely ever turn on so it seems to be very energy efficient. The delivery driver put it on the porch upside down and this is a no no with these refrigeration units. I turned it back right side up and let it set for 24 hours before I started it up. Reasonably priced and very convenient bottom loading water dispenser. Used for about 3 weeks now and doesn’t make any loud or annoying sounds like other dispensers. Has three options of hot with child lock safety, cool water and cold. So far, so good.
