    • Do not buy, stopped working after 2 weeks.

For almost $400, I expected it to at least not break after 2 weeks. I’ve only used it a handful of times and one day I went to relax and have an espresso. No espresso came out. After opening it up I found it was impacted with clay-like espresso. I’ve never changed the settings to make it “fine”, and always kept it at the 15 as the instructions say (which… why should I not be able to make finer coffee with the machines own settings?) after taking 60 mins to open it, scrape, clean, vacuum, etc to the point it looked unused, it clogged again and would only let out clumps of clay (no, I didn’t use water). I am livid. I am going to assume the people who have it 5 stars were probably paid to say so, since a lot of these companies pay for reviews. My friend had an old Mr.Coffee espresso machine that he’s had for 10+ years, he hardly cleans it, and it works 100% of the time. This machine should have zero issue. ... show more

I use this machine 3 times per day and I absolutely love it. I’ve had 3 other machines of much lower quality and this one is way worth the price in my opinion. To me there are only 2 negatives, which is why I’m deducting 1 star. 1. The milk frother spits out water before steam. The way I combat this is I collect the water is a separate container and once it turns to steam, I replace it with the milk container. 2. It needs “descaling” SO often and it’s a very large task so it can get really annoying. Overall I love this machine and it makes fabulous espresso and latte’s. ... show more
