This non stick cast iron grill pan is pretty good for cooking my different meats. I actually like to use this for cooking breakfast making sausages. It is not something that works great for making tamago though. I assume its because the grill does not cook evenly for the egg. The nice thing is that I no longer have to worry about meats and clean up is more of a breeze. It is also easier to clean. The one thing I will say is that it does take a bit of time to heat this pan on an electric stove if you are going to use it on that. I would more so recommend this more with a gas stove. One thing to be aware of is that it does burn the bottom a bit overtime so be aware of that. This is a pretty big frying pan but it does a good job in in cooking a good meal quantity for an average size family. It does not require as much oil if you happen to cook with oil as food does not get stuck. The nice thing is that the oil is definitely easier to pour out. Also being a non stick, this makes it easy to clean if you happen to cook with sauce or oil. The handle is pretty solid although a bit on the smaller size for my liking. It does support the whole weight of the pan when you are using it. It does not get hot or anything when you are working with the pan. The pan itself is on the heavier side so be aware of that when you are lifting this. The handles are also heat resistant (unless you put this in the oven) so you do not have to worry about it heating up with the pot and you can easily pour it out. One thing I would recommend is using two hands to keep it stable and to not have the lid on when doing so. I would also let the pan cool down before washing it. The coating does not seem to come off even after several uses and wash. I would also not recommend washing this in the dish washer and to let it soak to avoid needing to scrub the pot down. The white/black color is nice but it makes it harder to notice any residue you may need to clean up. After a few washes, I did not see any scratches on the surface from the sponge. Overall this is a great cast iron pan. It is a a big pan so you can cook a good amount of food just be aware this does not work very well with the electric stoves.

I usually grill a steak outside, but sometimes the weather dictates that I cook inside. When that need arises a good cast iron skillet gets the job done. This retains heat nicely for grilling a steak and the raised ridges give you the lines and cooking profile you want. The one thing I would change is getting rid of the pour spouts. If this was a flat surface I could see using this for shallow frying in which case the spouts would be great for directed pouring of your leftover oil. Considering I don't fry in a ridged pan (does anyone?) the spouts just make this pan bulge out more on the sides making storage more difficult without any added benefit (hence my knocking this down from 5 stars to 4). I idle the enamel finish. It keeps this looking nicer than bare cast iron pans.

The pan arrived quickly, well packaged, and with no damage. The first thing we noticed is that the sides were a good height and it’s easy to pour contents out of the pan because the spouts are on both sides. We also like that it can go from the grill or the stove right to the oven, if need be. It makes one-pan cooking easier than ever. Overall, this is a great pan. Five stars

Once the pan reached a medium temperature on the stove top, it stayed pretty hot and the heat distribution was even. I had to turn it down to a lower temperature and it still stayed hot. I love the grill marks on the pork chops I cooked. The food had a smoky flavor similar to grilling but without having to go outside. The enamel surface on the bottom got stained during cooking but I don't think it affected the function of the pan. The pan needs a little bit of muscle to clean and think about getting a tough brush to do the job.

The pan was not too heavy, I’m not the smaller side and some of the big cast iron are difficult to maneuver, however I did not have any issues with this one (it is still on the heavy side, but not too heavy). The heat distribution was nice and even, which gave a beautifully cooked steak, with grill marks. One thing to note however is that cast iron is not nonstick, even an enameled one like this. Another words it will be difficult to clean and not everything will come off when clean (but that’s not a bad thing!) it will make your next meal even more flavorful.

This is a nice, lighter weight griddle pan. It is not as heavy as my Lodge pan. It is hard to clean when you use this in certain situations. However, this pan is tough. I accidentally burned a sauce on this pan and had to soak it with soap for several days. Normally this is a no no, but it was a desperate situation. After sitting, I scoured that pan. With all that, I thought I had ruined it. Nope! It is as good as new. This is a nice pan.

If you heat this quickly it will ruin quicker. If you have a higher heat it will remove the non stick quicker. If you slow cook that this will last longer. don’t drop.
