Ordered 3 stools. 1 came with a large nasty stain. I am unable to get it out with soap and water. Return process insists all three stools are returned together and only after receiving all three then a refund or replacement is given. So an even longer wait for resolution. I only want to replace 1 stool. We just moved into a new home….. I’d rather not be without a place to sit longer than necessary. The chairs came in multiple boxes so I don’t understand why I can’t have the option to replace 1 single stool. ... show more
