Let me start by saying that the two stools we were able to assemble are great. The third stool was missing apart. When we attempted to use the customer service card and closed in the box the phone number was a non-working number and the email address was an invalid email address. So when they provide contact information for a help with assembly or missing parts it's useless. I have reached out to Amazon for the missing part for the third stool and hope to receive it soon so I don't have to return it. The instructions included no verbiage only pictures which some were very vague a few short sentences or directions might have assisted in the assembly but as novices we managed to assemble the two stools correctly and to our satisfaction.

We assembled one stool pretty quickly. The second stool we found hole place on leg far enough off we would need to modify to use. Also the second pack of hardwear had one import parts cross threaded.
