Really great machine. High quality. All around good price. My old espresso machine was made of plastic and was super noisy when I steamed milk. This one has all metal parts. It took time to get the correct grind for pulling shots with out making a runny puck but that's really user error and not a machine problem. The milk comes out silky smooth and with the perfect amount of foam for my morning Latte. I really think having a valve to control pressure and a chip to control temperature adds more value then a machine that has a hopper or can also brew a mediocre coffee. I wanted a machine that just does 1 thing really well. And this machine delivered. I have had it for about 2 months and I find that it is easy to use and works perfectly.

I’ve had this machine since January and I can not stop talking about to everyone. For the price it has the ability of any other machine! Super easy to use and really easy to clean. I can’t find any flaws. Super durable as well! Now for shot quality! Hits the mark every use. I pared it with an upgraded grinder and it has been great. I would recommend this over and over again! My family all has one now!

TLDR, great machine, get one. So, great machine. Between the Gaggia E24 and the Ninja Luxe Pro with Tamper lever, this one beats them all (FOR ME). I cannot speak to the longevity, I have had it for 2 days. But, for the price, the function, the build......this one is better. Comes with a proper tamper....awesome. A stick in the knob....awesome. Hot water option....awesome. Metal housing....awesome. 58mm....awesome. Nice sleek lines.....awesome. Ball joint steam wand.....awesome. Timer display on touchscreen....awesome. PID, OPV, OTC.....you know me.....awesome. I got it for $219 plus tax......super awesome. So, at that price, those specs, get it and pair it with an upgraded grinder, and you should be very happy.

Super fast shipping/delivery! Good product! The white waterslide paper was of great quality and easy to work with. After applying, I had time to make sure it was in place and straight without it tearing or messing up in any way. I will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

This paper is amazing! The first pack I got was a failed attempt. I didn’t see anything about not using off brand ink so I didn’t think it would be a problem, but it was. Off brand ink uses way more ink then name brand so no matter how well you seal the image, the ink will bleed. I did see some reviews saying they had a similar issue with ink bleeding so my best guess is they used off brand ink. So make sure for any water slide paper projects you get the brand name ink for your printer. After I watched a few more videos on water slide and got proper ink my project turned out beautifully. I made an anniversary gift for a friend and she cried. All the hard work I put into it paid off. I also contacted epoch paper about this and they were very helpful and replaced the paper that failed with two packs. I couldn’t be more grateful for their outstanding customer service! Looking forward to using the extra paper on some new projects!

We gave this machine two chances, which was already more generosity than it earned. The first unit arrived missing so many parts that operating it was out of the question. That should have ended the story, but we ordered a second machine in hopes of getting a complete, functional setup. The second one arrived missing the stainless steel pitcher. So right out of the gate, this product line managed to fail the most basic requirement twice: ship the customer a complete machine. Then came the support circus. Amazon told us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told us to contact Amazon. Around and around it went like a broken record. Eventually, support asked us to photograph the missing part and upload that to their support page. We found that request absurd on its face, because the defining trait of a missing part is that it is not physically present to be photographed. We said as much. Support then suggested we photograph the part in the user manual instead. At that point the whole thing crossed over from inconvenient into full-blown runaround territory. As for the machine itself, yes, it has some appealing traits on paper and in hand. The unit seems reasonably solid for a high end entry level device. Brewing pressure appears respectable. The controls are easy enough to understand conceptually. But actual use is another story. The touch controls are fiddly and often require multiple presses just to get the machine to respond. The frother is also temperamental and unimpressive, failing to produce thick, lasting foam after repeated attempts. Perhaps the missing pitcher would have helped there. Hard to say, since they neglected to include it. The first use experience was also messy. The machine threw an out of water error despite the tank being full. After repeated reseating attempts, that error finally cleared. Then during our first espresso attempt, the machine cut out mid process with yet another out of water error. That is not the sort of behavior that inspires trust, especially not at this price. At the end of the day, this machine is not for us. Between incomplete shipments, ridiculous support interactions, touchy controls, inconsistent operation, and a personality conflict that developed almost immediately, we are done with it. ★☆☆☆☆ 1 star This is a one star deal at this price point there.
