the best chair ever
The product is well packaged, detailed assembly instructions. the chair is very comfortable! My husband is delighted! just keep in mind that the box with the chair is very large, it barely fit into the trunk of my Toyota Prius

Disappointed
I was so excited to have this chair because I have wanted this chair for long but finally decided to buy the pricey chair and got disappointed on day 2 of owning the chair :( I think the price is very steep for a chair that squeaks like that after it being brand new. I had issues with putting on the side panels which wasn’t a huge deal for me but the squeaking annoyed me. I’d say if you have the money to blow get it but just know something may be wrong with it. If not save your money until it becomes cheaper. I will probably end up returning and maybe get a better one. But not going to be negative on everything the quality is great. I’ve never been one to like the cushions on a chair but I don’t mind it on this chair. I will say it is a chair for taller ppl. Being 6’0 is perfect for me. I love how adjustable the reclining is that’s what I love the most. Love the cushion and appearance.

Not Worth The Money
After about a year of use, the seat bottom cushion started cracking and the orange stitching on the seat bottom wore off. It is also very squeaky everytime I move or rock in the chair. All the cushions are very hard and uncomfortable. I should have returned it but thought if I break it in, that it might become more comfortable. However that was not the case. This is the most expensive chair I've ever owned and definitely would not recommend to anyone. Big waste of money. I felt swindled.....
