Longer cooking time, more nutrients will be lost, to better lock the food nutrients, a good slow cooker will keep a low temperature to avoid nutrients lost much after hours cooking, and still keep a tender and juicy taste.Q3: When to open the lid?- After the float value has dropped, you can open the lid.Q4: What are the orange dots in lid and pot base?- They are indicated marks to let you close and secure the lid more easily. Align the orange dot on the lid with the orange dot on the pressure cooker base, and then twist clockwise.

  • My first presser cooker!
Style: Pressure Cooker
I’m going to be honest and admit that I’ve always been afraid of pressure cookers! It didn’t ease my anxiety when I mentioned to my sister that I was going to buy one and she told me that she always uses a long cooking spoon to release the pressure while standing as far away as she can!!! Then she sent me a picture of a kitchen that was blown up because of a pressure cooker!!! Originally I picked out a few different ones to compare and read the reviews all of them. I decided on this one because of the pressure release location and that it had a ferment option. I’ve used it twice so far and it’s really easy to use and clean. I still can’t believe how fast it cooks a meal and the meat is extremely tender. I’m happy with my choice and look forward to using all the cooking options. I’m really happy with the safety features. ... show more

  • Una de mis mejores compras
Style: Pressure Cooker
... show more

  • Support team worthy of 5-stars
Style: Pressure Cooker
Update 5/13/2025: The support is worthy of 5-star rating along. "Read below on how it started". Cosori support team has reach out and offered to replace the Cosori pressure cooker. I truly appreciate this level of support. Thank you Cosori support team for your commitment to helping your customers and to standby your product. I look forward to the replacement. The Float valve tends to get stuck in the lid and prevent from popping up in pressure cooking mode. I email Cosori support and no resolution to the issue. As the pressure builds the float valve start to spray steam and water. I have to use a wooden skewer to move the float from its stuck position. Instant pot is gonna have to be my option. Update May 12, 2025: After numerous pressure cooking attempt, that float valve cover is getting caught up on the lid. Steam and piping hot water was spitting up from the float valve. We determined it was unsafe and had taken to the dump site. So, we are out of a pressure cooker was needed to help speed up cooking time. ... show more

  • Great product & Excellent company
Style: Pressure Cooker
I'm impressed with my Cosori pressure/sear/slow cooker unit. So much more efficient than a slow cooker. No more having to sear meats in a separate pan to then transfer to slow cooker. This multifunction unit will now replace my slow cooker. Using the pressure cooker I made a beef stew and the meat was so very tender in 35 minutes compared to 7 hours in my old crock pot. I also had a minor problem with my first unit and Cosori customer service has been so very helpful and amazing! I highly recommend this unit and Cosori products. ... show more

  • Best Purchase
Style: Pressure Cooker
Been using the Cosori pressure cooker for a bit now, and honestly — all good across the board. It’s one of those kitchen tools that quietly becomes a go-to without you realizing it. What I liked: Ease of Use: Super straightforward. The interface is clean, the presets make life easy, and even if you’re not a “manual reader,” you’ll figure it out in one go. Speed + Consistency: Cuts down cooking time a lot. Whether I’m doing rice, stews, or something more experimental, it consistently nails the timing and texture. No more guesswork. Build Quality: Feels solid. The lid locks firmly, seals well, and the stainless steel pot is easy to clean. Nothing flimsy here. Safety Features: I was a little cautious at first (pressure cooking sounds intense), but it’s clear Cosori thought this through. Tons of built-in safety mechanisms that make the whole process feel safe and controlled. ... show more

  • Chef's Magic Helper
Style: Pressure Cooker
I bought this a few weeks ago to streamline healthy cooking and bc I'm not good at cooking tender meat for stews and tacos, etc in the crockpot or cast iron Dutch oven. I get super busy then meat is well done and not tender. Bought this and I absolutely Love it! It's cheaper than the instant pot, larger too I believe and super easy to use. So far I've made Honemade Enchilada Soup in it, and Korean Beef Taco zmrst for lettuce wraps. Both turned out fantastic with virtually no work watching over it. Planning on making Roast z beef stew tonight! Love that I can just put the ingredients in Saute the veggies and dump the meat and broth in and comes out perfect without Any effort....while I work! Gets food nice and hot, and instructions super easy to use. Plus dish washer safe! Cooks in no time at all. I highly recommend this product!!! ... show more

  • Very pleased but the inner pot is already chipped
Style: Pressure Cooker
This would have been a 5-star review except the nonstick pot already has a chip after just a couple of uses. I have an older model Instant Pot and decided to get this for the upgraded features. The reviews are excellent and I have a Corsori Air Fryer I am very pleased with. Also, for the price of an entire cooker compared to a nonstick pot which I wanted to get for my Instant Pot to make cleaning easier, it seemed like a no brainer. The irony is, I'm probably going to have to get a replacement pot now since this one is already chipped even though I only used non-scratch silicone cooking utensils. (the inner pots for these two units are compatible) As for the cooker, I like the handle and vent release design. It feels more ergonomic and safer than my old Instant Pot. I like the cooking progress indicator and the ability to delay the start of cooking and the ability to set the warm mode on or off in advance after the cooking has completed. I've only used this a couple of times and will likely shelve my Instant Pot in place of this. Really bummed about the chipped nonstick inner pot. ... show more
