This is the first time I’ve bought patio furniture on Amazon, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Some of the complaints were that it was hard to put together. I did it by myself, after simply reading the directions first. The only tool you need is an Allen wrench. Other people complained that it was too low in the back. I’m 5 foot four and I don’t have a problem with it. Mine is propped up against the patio wall so it’s just fine for me. I thought the gray would be too dark but actually when it’s outside in the sun, it’s perfect. Then all you have to do is add a splash of color with pillows. It’s now my new happy spot. It’s as if I have a new room in my house. I would highly recommend it to anybody who is considering it. I couldn’t be more happy with it.

I received this outdoor furniture set sooner than expected, 3 boxes all at same time. The first piece took me about 30 minutes but once I had it down for the rest together quickly, unfortunately one piece of the corner chair was misdrilled and their was no way to get it together. I contacted customer service via email with pictures and they were quick to respond, first with a possible suggestion, but it wasn't going to work, I sent them a better picture and they are sending a replacement, they were great. I already have a tracking number and soon I will be able to complete the set. Also I got the blue and it's very pretty, cushions are firm and comfortable, height is good. Nice set , it also came with a cover, but I haven't opened it so I can't speak about that

Came super fast!! I will say for starters I went with this set cause it offered everything you need for price point. thicker cushions, the clamps you need to hold the furniture together, a furniture cover that will fit your size furniture, all the tools come with it to put it together. And this set came with the throw pillows. How could you go wrong. However, although we are pleased with the purchase this I will add... *Back of the furniture is LOW LOW much lower than I ever Imagined or than the pic made it look, it is just very low in the back so setting on it I am 5'7 and its barely to my middle of my back (about to where your bra sets on a woman) while setting up right on the couch. Also, the couches/furniture is very stiff not very comfy say like a couch in doors at all, I'm not sure this will ever be different its just the way the furniture is made along with the cushions I believe. They are thicker I think than some other cheaper sets as far an inches goes, but still look thin as far as looking at the couch. Putting together wasn't really hard, but whoever designed the directions should be fired on the spot and never allowed to create a manual ever again. Just saying... its ridiculous. But you get the just of it pretty quickly.. DO NOT TIGHTEN ALL THE SCREWS to each piece just like it tells you till the very end and you should be fine.. Yes it does seem very sturdy!! The clamps are nice not all sets come with these I seen and this is absolutely necessary!! They were so simple to put on too...I want to say this set is beautiful and I am totally actually happy with it other than the things I just wanted to mention... I shopped for months looking at everything in this price range and honestly for the money I think this is worth it... you get all you need and a good quality too. So other than those few things to keep in mind its a good set defiantly.. There was only one or two reviews when I bought mine so I wanted to leave a detailed review cause I didn't have much to go on when I bought mine. I've only had it less than a week so I cant say much on how its holding up or anything further. But it looks amazing on my back patio and I added all new bigger pillows and used four instead of two and it just looks like something out of a magazine my mother said. It is a pretty nice set I def am glad I got it.

We received this set from Cosiest and can't say enough good things about everything. Delivery: 4 boxes arrived all together. No issues on that side. Status of furniture: Everything was in tip top shape and definitely a new set. There was a little powdery resin on the pieces that easily wiped off with a soft wet cloth. Building the set: Super simple to put together and I did it alone. Didn't need another person. It took about 2 hours. All the hardware was included, even a little Allen Wrench Head that I was able to use with a special screw driver that uses replaceable heads. That was a life saver as its difficult to use power tools since there is not much space when screwing in the bolts. With the screw driver (my own) it was truly an absolute breeze. Setting up: As noted there are many configurations possible. We settled on what worked for us. The chair clips were easy to install and keeps the chairs from sliding apart. The velcro on the seat cushions also work great! Comfort: The set is very comfortable. Seating positions are fine and it's especially comfortable for kicking your feet up and lounging. Beverages optional :-). The depth of the chairs (I think they're 32 inches) are great. While the back is low, it works for us, no issues. I can tell that the back cushions may eventually wear thin so thinking additional throw pillows will be helpful. That said, the 4 inch cushions definitely do the job. Appearance: Wonderful!!! The blue is very nice and we found a great outdoor rug at Home Depot to go with the set. My family and I love it. Overall a fantastic purchase. It would have been better if the coffee table was also a storage unit but that's the only thing that would have made the purchase better (and that's a small thing). On the flip side, the set comes with a cover, which we would have bought anyway so we saved $100 - $150. (We'll use that for a little storage container. Strongly recommend this product.

Ordered for new patio and very happy! this set is very sturdy!! Ordered chairs from Coziest as well to match. Great color and nice firm cushions. Time consuming to assemble but VERY easy to do so. So far so good and looking forward to enjoying this set the rest of the summer!
