Great chair and provides great neck and back support. Love that it's adjustable up and down height wise and also has a reclining feature. The arm handles are also adjustable up and down as well but not back and forth.

I was looking to have this great comfortable chair based on all the reviews. Boy, was I wrong. Let's start with the instructions. They were taped to the OUTSIDE of the box. In Japanese. JAPANESE. JAPANESE!!!!! I mean, seriously? So it took me an hour just to find some instructions in English. You might say, well, why not use the picture, even though they were in Japanese? Because they were AWFUL. So I finally found an instruction manual- Not put out by Corsair, mind you, that walked me through it. In terms of assembly? I'm trying to figure out if they could figure out a smaller screw known to man to use for the hinges. I suppose if I go to the hardware store and they scour the country they might find them. Let's get to comfort level. I cannot imagine sitting in this thing for the length of time that reviews give it. It is simply uncomfortable and cheap. It feels like something I'd buy at K-Mart. God, it's just awful. I'm going to return it. The thought of using this chair is hard to imagine. And I'm using it for sitting at a desk. I can't even imagine how gamers would feel in it it. It's not sturdy, feels like it's wobbly, etc. So I'm done with it. I'm returning it. My biggest fear? Taking the darn thing apart and getting it back in the box. That's what scares me the most. It's alright for the price. Not for bigger people. If you're 6 feet or taller look elsewhere. I'm 5'10" and 190 lbs and it could be slightly wider for my thighs. My old $100 gaming chair has the same base that screws into the chair. The armrest could be better.

I bought this chair from corsair.com and within 2 months both of the armrest broke off. Im not a heavy person so this was very unexpected and I wont be getting any furniture from corsair again. I cant leave a review on corsair so im posting one here to warn people.

was not too difficult to put together, but the operation of the levers never seemed to work correctly, i could always hear the back of the chair popping one day tried to lean back in the chair and metal brace from the seat to the back just bent and i almost completely fell and almost hit my head on the floor. will not buy again - ... show more

This chair is absolutely horrible. From construction, to assembly, to comfort. Please save your money and buy elsewhere. The chair doesn't even come with instructions and i had to find them online. The threads on the chair base for the arm rest and the wheel assembly are poor quality and were a fight to install without stripping the threads off the bolts, in fact i was only able to install three out of four bolts on the base due to poor threads. After assembly as soon as I sat in the chair I was instantly disappointed. It is incredibly narrow and uncomfortable. The sitting position is terrible, the cushion is hard. What am i supposed to do with this thing? Disassemble it and try to fit it back into the box then lug it the post office and ship it back? Probably going to end up on the curb with a free sign and I will use this as a learning experience to never buy another product from Corsair again. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING AND DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
