I've had this vacuum for a couple of weeks now and I'm genuinely impressed. One of the best purchases I have made in a long time. I have twin 6 yr olds and a cat, my downstairs is all hardwood with one large rug in the living room and a carpeted upstairs. It works amazingly on the entire house. With being cordless, it's so effortless to sweep the whole house in about 15 minutes; quick and easy. I use it every day, sometimes multiple times a day. The battery has never died on me or lost suction. from the battery getting low. No having to drag a cord to a new outlet in every room, no having to switch back and forth from a broom to a vacuum. So far so good! Had it for about 3 months and I've been loving it! Can't complain about the vacuum power, I think it works well. Good price compared with its more expensive competitors that does the same job. Very convenient because it's wireless and lightweight. Glad I purchased this one.

Update! This company has excellent customer service! They reached out to me, they offered me a refund or an additional battery pack; of course I chose the additional battery because I love everything else about this vacuum. I received the battery pack quickly and now I’m more than happy with this purchase. I am gladly changing my 3 stars to 5! I wish I could give this vacuum 5 stars but it doesn’t stay charged very long. I can only get my living room and dining room done before it runs out of power. So basically it’s only good for two rooms per full charge. Everything else about it I love; it’s light weight, easy to hold and has great suction. It’s easy to change out attachments and easy to dump dirt container, and clean the filter. ... show more

    • Great stick vac price-to-performance!
This is a really great stick vac, especially for the price. I use it mainly for vacuuming up dirt left in the kitchen especially- crumbs, dirt, dog food bits, etc. Once I start, though, I like using it on all the floors, so I'll continue to buzz around the house with it. I have never had a Dyson or Shark stick vac to compare, but I did have a Eureka and I think this does at least as good a job for many dollars less. I love the removable batteries, meaning I can charge one while using one, and never have to run out of power. I only knock off a star because the dust cup doesn't empty as easily as I want it to- I have to pull some of the dirt off of the filter. I think maybe the suction is so good that it pulls the dirt up high onto the filter. I have consulted the vendor and was assured that they are listening to customer feedback and working on improving the design, but so far, to me, it's a minor inconvenience to remove the dust cup filter and tap off the dirt. I'll also just use a napkin, tissue, or old dryer sheet from the trash to pull off anything stuck. Again, to me this is minor, especially for the price-to-performance ratio I get with this vac. The attachments all work great and have a quality feel to the materials, so you can use the vac in a lot of situations, too, not just for floors. All in all I think it's a good buy. ... show more

    • Lightweight with lots of power
I am very impressed with this little vacuum. Our old vacuum had broken, and it took us a few weeks until we decided on this one....so our carpets were pretty bad. We have a dog and 2 cats - so the pet hair is very abundant lol. This vacuum picked up all the pet hair from the carpets. The new V style of the rolling brush really does work. I have long hair that usually gets wrapped around the old style roller brushes, not with this new style. It's very easy to assemble, I'm looking forward to trying the attachments for curtains, furniture etc. I love that there's no cord in my way, and the detachable battery charging was important to me. I didn't want a vacuum that needed a charging station - we don't have the room for that. The dust cup is very easy to empty too. It comes with directions on how to care for the HEPA filters and roller brush, and also comes with a little tool for cleaning them. The vacuum also comes with a free 24 month warranty! It’s great for a daily quick clean or small messes! 2 suction speeds, quiet, small for tighter areas/under furniture and easy to clean. I use it in addition to my heavy duty corded vacuum. I wouldn’t recommend using it to replace a quality one because the suction isn’t as strong for a deep clean and you can feel that it’s a bit more cheaply made than a name brand. BUT, I bought it with the intent to use as a night time clean up after my kids are in bed. It’s been perfect for crumbs around the kitchen table/hardwood floor, living room carpet, and hallway rug. I love the light on it because when I vacuum on the hardwood you can easily see all the dirt, crumbs and hair. ... show more

Great cordless vacuum. Bought this for our camp and have used it at home first. It’s picking up cat hair from 3 cats and is super lightweight and easy to get in and around items. Love it for my stairs too. I think a second one to keep at home is definitely worth the money.

This cordless vacuum is great! It's lightweight and maneuvers easily. The attachments work well for tough corners and couches. Cleaning it out was simple.
