UPDATE The seller sent me a replacement. I could tell by how it was packaged that it was a refurbished unit. I didn't have an issue with that, but the unit itself shorts out/turns off after 15-20 seconds despite having a 100% charge on the battery. The seller then offered me a 40% refund since they made a good faith effort and sent me a replacement. That is unacceptable considering that the replacement is not functional at all. Now I have two vacuums and neither of them work. This worked really well for the first month, but since then suction has declined significantly. I tried cleaning out the stick, filters, and removing any obstructions with no improvement. I purchased the protection plan, but they won't warrant repair or replacement while still under the manufacturer warranty. They told me that I needed to contact the seller. The seller offered no assistance. They only attempted to troubleshoot which consists of cleaning and removing any debris which anyone over the age of 12 would know to do before reaching out for help. This product is now worthless as anything that gets sucked up simply falls back out the head of the unit once turned off. Do not recommend.

This is a perfect little cordless vacuum. It has just the right amount of suction and the size is perfect. It’s so easy to use and it looks cool! Are used to buy expensive Dyson but they end up not lasting long anyway because the battery dies after certain amount of use anyway. This one is inexpensive and works great for my wood floors. I don’t have pets nor floors so I don’t need anything crazy heavy duty. I love how compact it is!

I decided to purchase this based on the good reviews. It's a very nice design (looks alot like the $500 model we've all seen). I do wish it had a bit more suction on the high setting (reason for only 4 stars). The dust bin empties very easily with the press of a button. The only time you need to twist the dust bin off is to clean the filters. I love that it stands on it's own because the power head locks in the upright position. All in all, it's a really nice vacuum for a very reasonable price. Hopefully it'll hold up to continued use.

This vacuum does everything it claims to do and more. It's a model WC01, 25Kpa suction, free standing. Great suction, digital battery display and self standing are only a few of its features. Digital battery indicator lights up during charging so you can see the charging progress. Construction seems high quality, all parts fit snugly together with no wobble. Lightweight so maneuvering around furniture and obstacles is easy and non fatiguing. Dust bin is easy to empty and clear plastic so you can see when it's time to empty. Self standing feature is helpful when vacuuming and the need arises to pause and move something it stays upright and you don't have to find a place to rest it against. When finished, just park it in a corner and it stays in place ready for the next job. Does as good of job as the more expensive name brands I own. So far I am extremely happy with this vacuum as it does everything I ask of it.

Crappy battery life. Decent suction.. like the convenience and light weight aspect I can move around quick but I can’t even finish my home on a charge I can only do the living room 2 halls and kitchen and it dies before I can get to the dining, master or the other bedrooms and bathroom. And my home is not huge it’s average 4/2 so I have to wait and that’s a pain it also charges very slowly takes hours to get to even 50% and it’s dying at 40% and I’ve only had it 6 months.
