I’ve been really impressed with this cordless vacuum. The suction power is excellent, the battery life is strong, and it’s lightweight and easy to maneuver around the house. It picks up dust and pet hair with no problem, and the self standing design is a nice bonus. What truly stood out, though, was the customer service. When I reached out about a battery issue, they responded right away and immediately sent me a replacement. They were attentive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making things right. I received the vacuum a few days ago and put it together immediately! It came with very clear instructions and the assembly was a breeze. It is very light and easy to use. It has three suction levels and the lowest level works very well on my vinyl and tile flooring to pick up crumbs, grass and dog hair. I used it on my area carpet and it also worked well at a higher suction level. The run time on the battery was more than adequate and the green lights really helped to identify any dirt or dust on the floor! It also has a great warranty. I was very pleased with this vacuum until I tried to order a backup battery and found that they were out of stock and unknown when or if they would be available! I had started a return but have decided to keep it and hope that a new batch of batteries become available after the holidays. I really like this vacuum but can only give it four stars because of lack of available parts. UPDATE!!!! I have been using this vacuum almost daily for over two weeks and love it. The reason for the update is to praise their customer service! They have been in contact with me constantly to help correct the problem. I cannot be happier with their solution. 5 Stars – Excellent Vacuum and Even Better Customer Support This review is for the JRFYHFT cordless vacuum I received through Amazon on November 29, 2025. After recently visiting a family member who owns a Dyson cordless vacuum of a similar style, I concluded that the JRFYHFT outperformed the more expensive Dyson in several important ways: The JRFYHFT is equipped with a green light that makes it much easier to see dust and debris. The JRFYHFT has a separate on/off switch, unlike the Dyson, which requires the trigger to be constantly held down—this caused noticeable finger fatigue. The JRFYHFT can stand upright on its own, while the Dyson cannot. As for suction power and battery life, I personally feel the JRFYHFT outperforms the Dyson in both categories. That said, these conclusions are based on subjective experience only; no scientific testing was conducted. However, this review would not be complete without highlighting my experience with JRFYHFT’s customer support—specifically a team member named Lana. After purchasing the vacuum, I emailed support to ask about purchasing an extra battery as a backup. To my surprise, Lana responded very quickly. She explained that extra batteries were not available for purchase as of November 29, 2025, but generously offered to send me an extra battery to try. I would rate the JRFYHFT cordless vacuum itself 5 stars—and I would also give 5 stars to the service and support team. In today’s world, truly responsive and helpful customer service can be hard to find, and this experience was a breath of fresh air. I even shared my experience with my sister, who is now in the process of ordering her own JRFYHFT vacuum. The media could not be loaded. *I was pleasantly surprised with this product. Super easy to put together lightweight definitely worth the price that you pay. *I love the 2 extra attachments as well *I think I would just like the battery life to be a little bit longer other than that I absolutely love it. *The three different modes for the strength of the sucking power it's been great I use it on all surfaces tile and carpet. No problems. I vacuumed my carpet with my old vacuum and went over it with this new one and pulled up so much more gunk. Extremely impressed ... show more
