Edited 5/7/25 because I was finally able to make human contact with Amazon rep who was able to get a replacement vacuum sent out. Aside from the problem with the power level switch on the first one, this vacuum is remarkable! If you've been reading the reviews here you already know they're glowing, and with good cause. This is the 3rd cordless vacuum I've tried and I'd almost given up on them. The reviews convinced me to try this one, and I am not disappointed. I also should mention that after my original review, customer service reached out to me to make sure the issue got resolved to me satisfaction. So definitely 5 stars for the vacuum and for customer service! (Original review) I purchased this vacuum when it was on a deep discount sale of $139 and change, further incentivized by the promise of an additional $100 savings if I applied for an Amazon Visa, which I did. So my total out of pocket was $52 and change. The vacuum had really stellar reviews, but there was ONE review that did mention the button that switches between the low/med/high suction options wouldn't change between the different modes, and of course that's the issue I had. It was stuck on medium suction and no matter how hard I pressed the (touch screen type) button it wouldn't change. If it had gotten stuck on HIGH I probably would've kept it, but since it was still within the return period I figured why should I settle for one with an issue? So I returned it and asked Amazon to just send me another of the same (rather than a refund). Long story short, they said another was on it's way, but then when it didn't arrive status of the order suddenly said it was "undeliverable" (tracking showed that along the way it was received by one location with the box "damaged" so they sent it back), and now rather than just sending out another one it's saying they're not going to be able to replace it and to just watch my account for a refund. Even though on Amazon the vacuum IS still showing as available. It's been a few days now and still no refund has shown up on my account. I'm curious to know if the "refund" is going to be for the $52 I paid out of pocket, or is it going to include the one-time-only $100 discount I received for applying for the Amazon Visa. Either way, it won't be enough to purchase the vacuum again because I got it on a sale that's no longer happening! I have searched the Amazon site and their FAQs up and down and can't find any way to email them directly or, god forbid, CALL them to talk to a person. I'm going to give it a few more days to see if a refund shows up and for what amount, but when my Amazon Prime membership ends I am NOT renewing. I'd cancel now except they apparently don't do pro-rated refunds and I still have 7 months to go before renewal. But I'm over the Amazon Prime game. In fairness, the vacuum absolutely did live up to the rave reviews other than the power mode issue. But if you're looking for a cordless vacuum I'd definitely give this one a shot.

We really like this vac. We've had it for a couple of weeks now. It replaces a different brand of almost the same size that was horrible on battery life. This unit has lots of power, especially on Speed 3. You can order a spare battery for a fair price (do it). There's the main vac unit you can use with the accessory tools (see below), or attach the floor vac extension for carpets, tile, etc. All the tools install/release with a clearly visible large red button on each. The floor vac attachment is generously extendable for the reach of a 6 foot+ person. Everything hangs together on a convenient wall bracket. The instructions say it is self-standing - IT IS, but warning - only do that on a hard floor. It will tip on carpet. It has all the usual accessories - a crevice tool, a dual function brush tool (hard carpet tool with a slide forward brush to get the fine stuff on hard surfaces). We really like the brush tool. It seems to get the dust better than the same tool on our full size vac. Battery easily slides off for swapping (remember, get a spare to keep going) and it has the same large button as the other tools - nice! To summarize: Likes: good attachments, ease of use, fair price Loves: power, the brush attachment Dislikes: The attachment to the charging is a little funky, would like to see a spare battery pocket to keep spare always charged. Hates: I only have one hate - how the wall bracket mounts: the provided wall anchors come loose in drywall when you slide the bracket on the screws. I have tried the included anchors and others of my own - neither work. You can't tighten the screws without removing the bracket and the bracket does not 'lock' in any way to prevent it from sliding upward when removing the main vac unit. And there MUST be a redesign to add a third screw to the bottom of the bracket, otherwise you must hold the bracket while removing the vac. I did this myself to keep in place. You MUST use an external threaded anchor that does not require the mounting screw to keep the anchor in place. I did this and with the third hole/anchor the bracket stays secure. I still give this a 5 Star rating because everything else is built so well and when you get the bracket secure, it's almost perfect. Would recommend this handy lil' vac to anyone.

I read the reviews from other people who purchased this item. Never before have I seen reviews where there were no negative reviews at all. This made my decision for me. I am so happy with my purchase. I love the small size and that it’s cordless. It was a great price and the value for the money was great. The quality is great and I love that there are so many attachment options. It makes cleaning easy and it is so functional. The vacuum defaults to medium power and the battery doesn’t last very long but I love using this instead of my previous Dyson that was really expensive and heavy and it’s way better than my bulky whole home vacuum. I love using it to get all of the corners and edges and around every stair. I also love that it gets very flat to go under furniture. It is very easy to empty and I would definitely recommend this vacuum.
