I’ve had the FKIEN X1 Pro Vacuum for about 2 months now and honestly, it’s been amazing. I use it pretty much every day and it still performs like the first time I turned it on. It picks up everything really well—dust, crumbs, pet hair—and doesn’t lose suction like some vacuums I’ve had before. What I really like is the light feature—it actually shows dust and debris you wouldn’t normally see, which makes a big difference when cleaning. It helps me catch spots I would’ve missed otherwise. It’s also super easy to use. Lightweight, quick to grab, and it doesn’t feel like a chore anymore. Battery life has been solid for daily use, and it charges without any issues. Emptying it is simple too. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s made keeping the house clean a lot easier, especially using it every day. Definitely recommend.

Surprisingly please with this vacuum. . .wasn't sure what to expect as I've always had corded, traditional vacuums ans the price on this one was very affordable. - Super easy to assemble and easy to make adjustments while in use - Stands up well on its own without falling for easy storage. - Extremely light weight and easy to hold and maneuver - Easy to charge Things to consider: *Good suction for basic jobs - we have mostly wood floors in a household with 2 adults and a small short hair dog. - good for picking up dust/hair/small debris on the wood floor (it can pick up like a kernel of dog food but feel like it would struggle if I dropped like a handful of cheerios on the floor) - works on carpet but if I had a lot of carpet I would want something more powerful *Battery lasts long enough for me to vacuum our kitchen, living room, a bedroom and 2 bathrooms on high but then looses power - fine for me but wouldn't last for more than I'd say 45min of use. **If I had a household full of kids or animals that shed (used to have a husky) then I dont think this vacuum would be the best way to go so would just encourage you to evaluate use/needs

This is an excellent vacuum with a lot of power and two speeds. It's easy to use and pretty durable. It's lightweight and cordless and has several attachments. Also I like the design of no bags just pop open and get the dirt right into the garbage without making a huge mess. I would highly recommend to everyone who needs a simple but high performance, cordless, bagless vacuum.

I bought this on advice from my daughter, who has cats and thought it worked well to pick up the cat hair. For context, I have two labradoodles, and yes despite what you’ve been told, they shed. They shed and the hair is fine, so it clumps into what I call “tumbleweeds.” Think, light little balls of hair that float around. Well, this vac worked well at first. Until it didn’t. I noticed it was dropping little bits of mulch or outside dirt from the dogs’ paws. I would roll over it and it would seem to pick it up, then drop it as soon as I backed up. So I turned it over and pulled the hair out of the bottom vac head. Still didn’t pick up. Took the head off and looked into the hose- well it was packed full of hair that wasn’t getting sucked all the way up to the collector. On both ends of the head, the hose was packed full of hair - I had to get a straw to push it all out. Mind you, the hair is not heavy even when it’s packed into a ball. I thought this may just be a one time occurrence but it’s not. I have to take it apart every 10 minutes to unclog the hose between the head and the stick. Bottom line- this vac has little to no suction, even on the max setting. HOW do you make a vacuum and sell it with so little suction?

Update: So, after writing this review, I was contacted by the FKIEN TEAM. They sent me a second battery, some extra filters, and gave me a little bit of a refund. I am amazed by the customer service that they have provided me. I gave a 4 star review originally, so it’s not like I was completely unsatisfied with the product. I highly suggest purchasing this product! They are very concerned about their customers’ experience, which isn't something that I feel is common anymore. The FKIEN TEAM is amazing! I was not expecting much from this vacuum. It seems that things are made like they used to be. I have a 1970's Electrolux that still works like a charm, but it is heavy and hard to move around. I figured I would try this out and see if it would do the trick for between vacuums with the oldie but goody. We have a lot of animals in our house, so constant vacuuming is necessary. I will say I was impressed with the fact that it actually pulled the pet hair away from the wall. I have tried other vacuums like this, and the suction just isn't there. As far as low pile rugs, yes it will remove some of the hair, but definitely not as well as I had hoped. On the bare floor it works well though. This vacuum has different speeds, which is nice. Of course, I had it on high because I wanted to make sure I was able to pull everything away from the wall without having to sweep it away first. However, the battery did not last long enough for me to vacuum even half of the house. I wasn't going slow either. I probably used it for around 20 minutes before the battery went dead. It would probably be just fine for an apartment or small house. So, with that said, it would be nice to have the option of buying a second battery when purchasing this item. I have looked already to see if I could purchase a second one with no luck. It’s not a bad little vacuum, but it is inconvenient that I can't clean everything I need to clean without a second battery. I have not contacted the company yet, so I’m not even sure if that will be an option.

It is a good decent vacuum i did have the dyson before but some how died on us. So i had to purchased an affordable version and works good. However I do have the issue that it does throw out some trash after i stand it after vacuuming even if it's empty for example cat litter comes back out. but other than that it's decent.

The vacuum works well and picks up good. The battery lasts long enough to do my small home and doesn't take long to recharge. It was very easy to assemble and easy to clean the containment cannister.

Update: I've added a star due to customer service's response in fixing my dissatisfaction (they sent me 2 extra batteries, which solves the limited-charge issue). But also only one star due to customer service constantly contacting me to get me to increase the rating to 5 stars. I still have a lot of trouble detaching the beater from the wand, and I also struggle with re-attaching the canister after cleaning the filter. It's not doing as well on carpet as at first but I probably need to clean the filter more often - it's pretty small. Still, I find it handy to use daily or almost-daily to sweep up dog fur and the dirt they bring in, and I really appreciate the light weight.. We have two shed-y dogs and I have long hair so there is a surprising amount of fur/hair on the floor. This vac is handy for keeping up with basic vacuuming, though it's not the best on the carpet. I do vacuum more often now as it is so convenient to not deal with a cord. The things I like: It's relatively-well balanced, lightweight, and easy to push across the floor rugs and carpet. The beater swivels easily and gets into places the corded vac does not. The headlight is handy to see the dog hair on the floor that we wouldn't notice otherwise. It will stand by itself briefly, but don't leave it that way as it will eventually fall over - it's fallen over a few times but is undamaged. It's quiet on low, and I mostly run it on low as that suction is fine for the hard floors and rugs most of the time. I use high on the carpet but that uses up the battery really fast. The beater has been great so far about not getting hair wound around it. It's easy to empty as well. I've only had it 3 weeks so can't speak to it's durability. The things I don't like: Battery only lasts about 30 minutes on low with a full charge, though it's advertised for twice that, so I can't do the whole house on one charge. I have a lot of trouble detaching the beater from the wand so I can use the crevice tool which is frustrating. It doesn't do as well on regular carpet, so I will need to use the corded vac for that room. Sometimes the dog hair gets stuck on the 'sticky' bar on the beater frame and will leave rolls of fur stuck to the practically-no-pile rug, which it then won't pick up (beater bristles may not be long enough?). We tend to hit the on/off trigger accidentally pretty often as it's in a spot that is comfortable to grip - a trigger guard would be nice or move the trigger to the top of the handle. It doesn't stay upright for long so you have to lean it against the wall or hang it up. I wish it had a holder on the vac for at least one of the tools, I'm always having to hunt down the crevice tool as we haven't wall-mounted the vac. All in all, despite the battery not lasting as long as advertised it mostly suits my needs and is easy to use. Time will tell if it holds up.
