    • Sturdy and covers flat surfaces as well as carpets.
This will be the best cordless stick vacuum you will ever get! The suction is great, the ease of use is great . One thing is that it is a bit heavy. If you have any arthritis as I do it may be a bit cumbersome. But I wave that because of the other advantages. I hope you are as happy with this as I am. ... show more

“You get what you pay for.” That’s is clearly the case with this waste of money. I’ve only used it a handful of times. Battery life was very poor from the beginning. Today the vac stopped working altogether after less than 5 minutes of use. It just died and will no longer hold any charge. I went through all of the troubleshooting motions including resetting the unit — nothing worked. Attempted to contact Rendow and their customer service phone number is disconnected. When you click on the ‘contact us’ link it takes you back to purchasing options. Very frustrating! Amazon customer care has sent me an email link to contact them and I hope that works. The only plus that I’ve found is that the unit is very lightweight, which is why I bought it in the first place. My advice would be to steer clear of this product. ... show more

Love this! Cordless vacuum cleaner. Very easy to use. The only thing that is a little bit of a pain is that the battery doesn't last that long and it takes a while to charge it

Easy to put together. Charged unit and used. Fits under my couch so I'm happy. Picks up well and isn't really noisy either. I'll know more as time goes on.

    • Battery broke after 2 months
Not super impressed with this vacuum. The battery power lasts maybe 30 minutes and then takes about 4 hours to fully charge from it being dead. I have had it for almost 2 months and the battery stopped charging. It also does not vacuum on thin rugs, there’s too much suction and it will cut off. On thicker carpets and hard floors it does do a good job however, just disappointed in the battery life and that it takes forever to charge, on top of it being two months old and the battery stopped working. ... show more

That the battery stops charging and I haven’t had that long. I love the size. I love the way it moves just it’s obviously they’re a sucky battery or a sucky plug into the battery.
