I use this thing DAILY. It cleans my stairs. It cleans my car. It's light enough my two year old can use it to clean her room. It's stylish enough the neighbor kids want to use it. They play house and use it to clean their rooms. This thing charges like I do, takes all night and runs out of power fairly quickly if you set it to max. Which i do, because is anything ever really clean with kids. I could use it to reach my air vents and you won't believe how much dust gets in those. I cleaned under the beds, found pokemon cards my daughters lost. I cleaned the car seat and ive never seen it free of snack crumbs, it feels like new. Customer service is excellent. I had problems with the vacuum and they soft the issue exceeding my expectations. OK today I received my new vacuum from this company. I wish I would have taken a video or at least showed how much it picked up although I ran my Roomba yesterday and I have swept the whole house. We have two long-haired dachshunds and two long-haired cats that are in and out of the house so we always have lots of hair. It picked up so much as well as the sand that the dogs bring in I’m extremely happy with both the customer service and the new vacuum. If I could give more than five stars I would. ... show more

Its a great product, I give it four stars only because I also have the Dyson v6 pet. The Dyson has a bit more power, (when the battery works, only problem im having with it), but this vacuum is very good, I do like the way it it is able to take apart easily. But the battery life seems to be short.

So glad I purchased this. Great on floors, low carpets. Lightweight. Easy to assemble, use, and empty. Displays power remaining so you can prepare for recharging. This vacuum has great suction, handy attachments, and the charging station was super easy to install. Putting it together took me a few minutes. It’s lightweight but powerful, works well on both carpets and hardwood floors, and feels solid and well made. I got this for $95 with the discount and happy I did not pay the full price for this. I will be returning it anyways because it is trash. The suction sucks, I feel like this is like a little vacuum for cute little mess, or everyday vacuuming but not for heavy duty stuff. I took a picture next to the bissell I got for $50 at Walmart after 10 years it is still doing the job. I wanted to replace it because I broke the back piece and wanted to get these cool new vacuum on the market because I thought it would be nice to vacuum my car with it, bad decision because the vacuum sucks 1- Terrible suction power (the suction power on this is a joke) 2- Battery life sucks ( I charged this and it will say 65% then on full power without it being 5 minutes it goes down to 45% like wtf 3- The detachable parts are so hard to remove, idk why but I find myself pulling it off full force 4- it’s not very long (I thought it would extend very long but it did not so was bending over to vacuum so disappointed) 5- When you are done vacuuming, once you stop it then the bottom will release dirt, this is what I mean by very bad suction power because why when the vacuum stops it drops a lot of the particles on the floor, so I have to get a broom to clean it up - Look at the picture you will see when I removed the top, there was a whole gulp of dust just stuck inside the vacuum. The suction is so bad, mind you today is my first day trying it out and got it yesterday. The bottom also already got matted up with the carpet hairs. - Sorry for being harsh but I hate this vacuum and was very disappointed. I am very happy with this vacuum. I have used this vacuum about 10 more times since I got it. It sucks up EVERYTHING on out vinyl flooring. The light on the front is very good for seeing all dirt and dust on the floor. It leaves a perfectly clean strip where it goes over. The battery lasts plenty for all the floors in the house. Just installed today. Very poor impression so far. The wall bracket is a terrible design and completely useless in terms of holding the vacuum. I’m hopeful the vacuum itself is better designed. I’ll follow up with a further report but so far I am very unimpressed. Review update I have now used this product. The vacuum works well and I am satisfied with the operation so far. I suspect the wall bracket supplied is used to simply attach the vacuum to the wall as the beater bar assembly sits on the floor. All of my other units hang on the wall allowing for additional floor space in the closet. I think this should be spelled out in the product description. A simple fix for this would be to include a small “L” bracket as an accessory allowing the unit to be floor mounted or wall hung. Due to this issue my rating is adjusted to 4 stars.
