I wasn’t expecting much from a $130 dollar cordless vac. I was just looking for an easy vacuum to run daily in our household with 3 large shedding dogs. This vacuum is on the heavier side of the light weight vacuums but to me makes it feel higher quality. The suction is amazing just on the medium setting, the attachments help to get those hard to reach areas and work really well on dust. The only downside is that the battery takes about 4 hrs to fully charge but I was able to find a spare battery for $30. I still use my shark for a deep clean on carpets but overall this is an amazing vacuum.

I bought this vacuum because it advertised it's ability to catch hair into the catch funnel. And not get wrapped onto the roller bar. Every vacuum I've had, I've had to take the roller bar and cut the hair from the roller bar, just to allow it to work. This vacuum has proven what it says. My first try with it, I vacuumed and after, I dumped the collected dirt, hair etc. I was happy to find that everything was collected into the funnel and I found NO hair wrapped around the brush bar. I am so pleased with it. It is easy too use. Light weight. Great suction. Has a wall mount. Cordless. I gave this vacuum a 10 on a scale of 1-10. Love it! Thank you for making my life easier!

I posted the review below shortly after I received the vacuum. The issue was the bad run time because of what I deducted was a defective battery pack. The seller saw my review and reached out to me (I did not contact them), offering to send me a new battery pact free of charge. That battery pack arrived quickly and I have to say that it solved the runtime issue. The vacuum is a keeper. I am now completely happy with this product and even happier with the seller, who obviously believes in good customer service and who backs their products. Thank you. ......................................... For the money, this is a nice vacuum compared to other similar-looking brands. I’m guessing they all are made at the same Chinese factory. However, the runtime is about half what is described in the listing. Not sure whether this is typical or whether it came with defective batteries. I have another 10 days before my return window closes, so perhaps back it goes.

UPDATE 05/19/24: I’m sorry but I’m done with this company. My original issue with the first vacuum roller not having enough fibers and suction to catch hair. I have a poor review. You sent out a “new” and updated vacuum. Unfortunately, while the vacuum wasn’t new (used and not even bothered to be emptied), you gave me a full refund! So I was okay! But then I realized that this vacuum was returned for a reason: it did not stand up at all and the suction was poor - it also would give off a red warning light and just turn off after five minutes of use. So, again, I message the issue to you about this vacuu being a return and being returned for a reason. You offered to send a replacement AGAIN and a battery? A battery for what? The original vacuum that didn’t work because it has a roller with few fibers? What? So, I get home now and find a package with two things: a battery… and the original vacuum… the vacuum originally purchased that I left a poor review for because it is NOT a quality vacuum. Why would you send me the original vacuuum I was returning because of its poor features? Who is in charge here? I’m done negotiating. This is just beyond terrible. Everything. You’ve waste my time and energy for a vacuum… a necessary household item!!!! I’m done! ZERO STARS. Their response: Dear <NAME>, We are sorry that the product did not meet your satisfaction, but as customer service, I have done everything that customer service can, including giving you a full refund and a brand new machine and battery. Unfortunately, this still does not meet your satisfaction We will promptly provide feedback to the factory regarding the suction and design defects of this machine. Wishing you a happy life! I have been more than respectful and patient in this entire process filled with multiple mistakes on your end. Enough. Your vacuums are going in the trash or you can pay the postage to retrieve them. UPDATE 05/08/24: After my review, I was adamant to return the vacuum for a new one. However, I was quickly messaged by the seller that they would take care of this for me and provide me with a newer vacuum... and after about a few days, I received it! This vacuum worked a whole lot better than the last. The battery life is better than my old shark pro by a point or two but the suction is still a point below that of the shark pro. However, the reason I am so picky is because I have pets... and they shed! So, my carpets need to be cleaned thoroughly. I believe that this might be why my expectations were what they were. But since the replacement, and now with TWO vacuums... I will take what I have and be thankful for the great customer service. --- Pros: cordless, easy size, lightweight.. Cons: everything it’s supposed to do… poor suction on powers and on carpet - both low, medium, and hardwood floors. The quality is not there for this price. You can get a much better vacuum elsewhere. I was looking for a shark vacuum replacement after mine suddenly died last week, and this can’t even vaccuum a rug. I blame the roller.

I have tried and ended up returning a couple of this cheap Dyson imitation not known brands in the past few months. This one is pretty much the best one so far (I have had it for a couple of weeks) I use it 6 days a week for bout 45 min. Here are the pros, Nice big wheels, good maneuverability. Good suction and better than most battery life . Its design to stay upright so it does not fall but it wobbles and has fallen a couple of times. Canister does not seem to fit perfectly in its place. Overall for the price is the best option in this price range.
