The media could not be loaded. The suction power of my old vacuum is getting weaker, so I purchased this one to try. Some of my photos show what were included in the box, such as power adapter, 3 different heads, machine itself, etc. It is quiet and very light weighted which I like the most. My toddler can easily picking it up and doing the work. The head is very flexible which is also a must-have for a cordless vacuum. One thing I noticed so far is that it may not work well for some big objects, but it works excellent on picking up the pet hairs (I’ve included a video showing it). Not sure about the battery life since I just got it, but I do wanna mention that the power input outlet is actually on the side of the battery (a small hole), which took me awhile to look for it. The media could not be loaded. I have a habit of sweeping my whole apartment everyday, even since I developed a back pain, I found it’s very difficult to keep up this task. A friend of mine bought this vacuum for me as my birthday gift. This is the best gift I received by far and it definitely save my life. You can’t really tell from the video clip, but it does collect a lot invisible dusts on my tile floor. Highly recommended. A side note, I would use the smaller brush head it came with to vacuum my bed sheet. Overall, it’s very easy to use and do the excellent job. ... show more

This vacuum is a great vacuum for hardwood floors, vinyl flooring, laminate flooring, tile flooring, but as far as carpet goes even on a low pile, it was not able to make carpet marks, nor was it able to really suck up anything deep in the fiber. It was able to get stuff off of the top of the floor. I think it would be good for a vacuum cleaner that you can use on a daily basis and then use a deep clean vacuum once a week, but if this is your only vacuum, I don’t think you’ll be impressed. It is extremely light to hold, but the downside of that is you feel that there’s no weight to the product because it doesn’t have the suction it needs. ... show more
