I love this vacuum for many reasons. First, it's cordless and rechargeable, so it is convenient for a quick tour around my house. It picks up animal hair and dirt like a hungry predator. Second, vacuuming in low light is great because of the green light it puts forward to highlight where all the dust and hair lay. Third, the floor brush is retractable for height and the attachments are easy on and off for close and far reach. Forth, it is well balance for easy use. Fifth, it dumps easily into my organics bucket for easy dumping later. Sixth, it has 2 running speeds but I usually run it on high and the battery last long enough for my area. It is not as powerful as my bigger heavier vacuum, but I got it mainly for my hardwood floor. It will clean carpets better than my last cordless did, but not as good as my heavy plug-in. After about 4 months of use, I ran into a problem with what I thought was a charging issue. It was totally charged but when I went to use it, it ran for a few seconds and then quit with a red flashing light. When I contacted the manufacturer they asked for a video of which I sent. They were prompt to reply and then sent me a whole new unit. When I hooked the new unit up to my old floor brush unit it did the same thing. So, with further investigation, I realized the brush was bound up which cause the unit to shut down. When detached from the brush it would run. After solving the bound up issue it ran fine. The unit apparently has a relay that will not allow it to run if the brush doesn't turn. Ultimately, I am very happy with my vacuum and the great customer service that I received after contacting the number printed right on the vacuum. No searching for a number. When I received my vacuum stick, I loved how well it was packaged and how easy it was to assemble. Unfortunately, the power pack battery was flawed and the vacuum would only run for 5-6 seconds. Included with the packaging and instructions was an 800 number to call for help. The young woman I spoke with, Jyra, listened carefully and said she would follow up with the technical team and she said she would get back to me by email. She did, told me the battery must have an imbalance, and they would send a replacement. A couple of days later, the replacement arrived, and it works well and makes cleaning my wood floors so easy with good suction power. It is light and maneuverable with good accessories. So this one is really hard to review. For what I use it for, it's great. Lightweight, easy to use, I like that the extension fits the crevice tool. I bought this vacuum for work when it was on sale, so for me it was cheaper than a good dustbuster and honestly more usable. I use the crevice tool and the extension to clean our super deep window sills and behind shelving units at work. I can do all the sills, vacuum the 2 rug runners and clean the three penny tile-ish anti fatigue mats all on one charge. And those mats are Soooo dirty. I normally have to drag them outside and hose them off. This makes it SO MUCH EASIER When I use the actual vacuum head on the concrete floor it works great and I still get good battery life. If I had to use the vacuum as an only vacuum for my home with kids and animals I would have returned it. The suction goes downhill when you're using the vacuum head on carpet and it really doesn't have the suction to get all the animal hair. So if I had to base my review on EVERYTHING I would probably give it 2-3 but since I'm basing my review on how I use it.. I have to go higher becuase I use it 4 times a week and it works great for what I want. Not only does it work really well on my window sills, it's really quite quiet ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This vacuum is fantastic! It has amazing suction power, i love that it swivels for easier control with a light turn of your wrist, it's rechargeable but I can clean multiple rooms before having to recharge the battery. This vacuum came with a charging cable, and some nice attachments. I can adjust it to my comfortable preferred height, it's easy to clean and empty, I love the filter, and how lightweight this entire vacuum is to maneuver. It's not even loud either! Like the light weight, suction is good.Wand adjust button broke just after 1 1/2 months. Past the return date for amazon. The vacuum has a 90 day warranty, contacted them on their website, no responce. I'll just have to duct tape wand in place to make do. To bad because it was a decent vacuum, at a good dicount price. The best I ever used. Has great suction power, not too heavy, takes up the tiniest dust and dirt and so easy to clean. It’s cordless so easy to take it all around the house. Quality is great and I couldn’t ask for anything more especially for the price.
